This luxurious air-conditioned, self-catering apartment is situated 20 minutes from Malaga airport in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Set within lovely landscaped gardens with communal pool. Secure gated entrance with private underground car park and lift to all floors. Ideally suited for holidaymakers and golfers. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from a complex with a variety of restaurants offering Spanish, Italian, Indian and English cuisine as well as bars with entertainment. There is also a well stocked supermarket and newsagents. A short drive from fabulous Marbella and Puerto Banus. Numerous holiday activities such as tennis, water sports, and horse riding are available in the surrounding area. Famous Miraflores golf course is only 5 minutes away, with 27 golf courses within 10 mile radius.

The apartment is located on the Riviera del Sol urbanisation just 5 minutes off the A7 (N340-costa) road providing easy access to Marbella (15 Minutes), Fuengirola (10 Minutes), La Cala de Mijas (5 Minutes) Cabopina beach (5 Minutes). Within a 5 minute drive there is the famous Miraflores golf course plus ample restaurants, supermarkets etc. Taxis are readily available and local buses run on a regular basis. Access to the new toll motorway is less than 10 minutes and places Gibraltar at about 60 minute drive.

  • Discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Weekend/short stay rates/long stay rates (up to 3 months) available on request. 25% deposit will be taken on booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to rental start date. In addition a £100 breakages/damages deposit is required with final payment, this is returnable subject to no damages/breakages. The apartment will be checked prior to your arrival, contents are checked and appliances are tested to ensure they are working properly. These will be checked again on your departure and provided all is in order your £100 deposit will be returned. Towels and linen are provided but you are required to bring your own beach towels.

Riviera del Sol is ideally situated for exploring the coast and inland. The beautiful inland town of Ronda is within one hour’s drive. Lovely old Spanish villages and beautiful mountain areas are easily accessible. Stay on the coast to visit Marbella, famous for its designer shops, and Puerto Banus with fabulous restaurants and nightlife. Treat yourself to some duty free shopping in Gibraltar and take a trip to the top of the rock, only one hour away.

Golfers are spoilt for choice with the famous Miraflores course and driving range only five minutes away. When Valderrama hosted the Ryder Cup the Costa Del Sol received world wide recognition as the best in Europe. With over 50 other courses with driving reach it’s no wonder that the area is such a favourite with golfers. Visit once and you’ll be back time and time again.

Holiday to Los Mijares 2009 july.

We have now stayed at this apartment 4 times now (i think!) and love it. It is close to local shops and restaurants and is only a 5 min drive to the local beach.Locally there are Banks with cashpoints, Supermarkets, Souvenir shops and Bars. We have found that the owners (Beth and Jeff) are extremely helpful before, during and after our holiday, and should any problem occur they deal with it immediately. The apartment was immaculate, as always, and having the very well equipped kitchen available means you don't have to eat out every night if you don't want to.This apartment is at the top of the Miraflores area of MIjas Costa and i would advise the hire of a car if you want to get out and about (the car park is secure so no problems there!). There are numerous golf courses near by as well as local resorts such as Marbella, Peurto Banus, Fuengirola and Benalmedena within easy reach by car, the beach at benalmedena is huge! I would definately suggest a visit to the mountain village of Mijas on your holiday as it is beautiful and well worth the drive! The pool is of a good size and catches the sun all day and, as the temp. hit 42c when we were there, we were pretty glad that it was nice and cool, normally don't have a problem with sunbeds either.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to a friend.
Once again i would like to thank Beth and Jeff for the use of this apartment and will probably be calling them again in the future.

Our recent holiday at Miraflores

Pat has asked me to pass this to you on her behalf.
We stayed at the apartment in September, it was a last minute break for myself and my daughter before she went off to university. We were keen to stay somewhere close to amenities and that was also comfortable. We were a little aprehensive doing this by internet for the first time but it was an easy process and we needn't have worried. The local agents met us with the keys and arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. They gave us tips on where to eat and day trips to go to. The apartment was clean and bright. It was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We could wander up to the local bars easily and the local bus and taxi services were also good. It was a very welcome break after an appalling UK summer. I have already recommended the apartment to friends and hope to visit again soon ourselves.

I have to totally disagree with the view of the other reviewer who stayed in August last year. I think if he had taken the time to speak with the owner then she would have told him exactly where the apartment was and then he wouldn't had assumed it was overlooking the pool. I found the owner to be extremely helpful in answering my questions. The balcony was great with a beautiful large glass table with seating for six and plenty of room for drying clothes etc. It had views over some other apartments and also the complex together with a lovely sea view which was really unexpected! Yes it was a little way to the pool but not that far! The apartment itself was absolutely spotless on our arrival with a welcoming note from the managment company who we had no problems with at all. Would definately recommend this apartment.

I stayed in this apartment last year and was quite disappointed with the position of it. The photo's I think are misleading as they would have you believe that you are close to the pool. In fact this apartment is on a corner plot of what can only be described as probably the last block built. To access the pool you have to go in the lift down to the underground car park, then walk across it through to another door, unlock this door and then walk a considerable distance to the pool. Certainly not what the pictures would lead you to believe. Te apartment itself is very nice, but you will find that the balcony is rather small and facing away from the complex onto a road. I would also warn any prospective renters to be aware of the management company. I left this apartment exactly as I found it, but the management company tried to blame me for what was actually old problems. I would advise you to make a list of problems on arrival and bring it to their attention immediately or you may find that you will be billed for it at a later date or security forfeited. I would say that the owner was very understanding and helpful but unfortunately it was a position that neither of us had wanted to be put in.
Owner's Response: We employ a reputable English property management company who are there to assist guests during their stay. Following departure they report back to us and during 3 years of renting we have had only one report of a problem with the apartment post-departure. I would add that no bill was issued and no security forfeited on this occasion.

The complex comprises of only 5 blocks and all communal amenities are easily accessible. Our apartment enjoys an elevated position and has a separate entrance and underground carpark, which we believe is an advantage over the other blocks in the complex.
