This luxury apartment is situated on the beautiful Jazmin Miraflores complex. The apartment's balcony has sea views and the beach, restaurants and bars start are just a few minute walk away. The apartment is quite new and furnished to a high standard. All linen and towels provided. Malaga Airport is a half hour drive away. The perfect location to explore the wonders of Andalucia, whether you want to enjoy the fabulous shopping in Marbella and Puerto Banus; visit the nearby seaside village of La Cala, the hillside village of Mijas, the mountain town of Rhonda or the bustling town of Fuengirola. Or you could simply sit by the beautiful pool and lap up the sun or on the balcony terrace and watch the world go by.

The apartment is situated between Fuengirola and Marbella, with fantastic sea views from the balcony. There are bars and restaurants and two supermarkets within easy walking distance. The beach is a short walk over a road bridge. The old fishing village of La Cala with its award winning beach is just down the road. Marbella and Puerto Banus are about half an hour's drive away and Gibraltar is around one and a half hours away. Seville or Granada can be reached by car in about two and a half hours.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment is usually accepted in British sterling unless otherwise agreed by the owner.
    A £100 damage/breakage deposit is required on all bookings. This will be returned directly to the client within one week after departure if the apartment is left in the manner it was found. We understand that small breakages may happen (please notify us) - The deposit, however, is to cover more significant damage.
  • A non-refundable deposit of approx 33% secures your booking with the balance to be paid six weeks before your arrival date. If booked within six weeks of your arrival the full amount is due.
    Bookings of more than one week are eligible for a discount of 10% on the additional weeks (as are repeat bookings). Good rates on long term bookings can also be arranged with the owner.
  • Cancellation: Payment less administration costs will be refunded by the owner if a new booking is found. All personal belongings are at all times the client's responsibility. We strongly recommend holiday insurance is taken out by the client. For any special requests or arrangements please ask the owner.

Great holiday location

We spent two weeks in this apartment in September this year and we really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is nicely furnished and has all of the basics you need for your holiday.The pool area is lovely and very well maintained and never got too crowded while we were there. The apartment itself does not have a great view with the main road just outside but you very quickly get used to this and the traffic did not bother us at all. The location is great. We rented a car - like most locations on the road between Feungirola and Marbella a car makes the holiday a lot easier.
Within a five minute walk from the aparment is a good supermarket and bakery (great for the fresh baguettes each day) and also a convenience store which has late opening every night - great if you arrive late like we did. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance particularly Antonio's just across the foot bride. We only discovered this one at the end of the holiday as well as a nice Italian restaurant close by which does good take away food for the nights you don't want to eat out. There is more choice in Marbella and Peurto Banus as well.
We found the apartment really great and hope to be back again.

A very clean and comfortable property and would highly praise the whole complex. The pool and gardens were well maintained and we had a great holiday. It was ideal for commuting either to the east or the west as the local bus stop is just a hundred yards away. The only drawback is the busy main road which can be heard from the balcony but you begin to get used to it as time goes by. The owners provided a great service and left a small welcome pack for us arriving we would recommend this property to anyone visiting this part of the costa del sol
