Sleeps up to 6 -Comprising of 2 Bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms plus sofa bed (lounge area).This Typical Andalucian Style Penthouse Offering stunning sea views, this Lovely spacious apartment has been recently refurbished providing comfortable, modern living space. All of the essential amenities have been provided and include newly fitted kitchen-cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave , washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge area is equipped with ceiling fan, TV, CD/Radio and two comfortable sofas (one sofa-bed) and leads directly onto the sun terrace/balcony where south-facing 'uninterrupted' sea views provide the perfect setting for relaxation. Set in beautifully manicured tropical gardens; the 3 swimming pools are open during May to Sept (children must be supervised at all times). Albamar complex hosts a seasonal poolside cafe 'Tropicana' where light refreshments can be purchased. All pool areas offer sunbeds for use 'free' of charge.

  • We do ask for a deposit of £200.00(non-refundable) at time of booking to confirm, then 6 weeks before your holiday the balance plus a security deposit of £200.00 which is fully refundable pending inventory check and return of keys ,100% Cancellation charge(including deposit) apply within 6 weeks of travel, Curtailment during stay 100% charge.All Bookings are made with the Owner not an Agent.
    Please, report any breakages, however small.
    Cleaning and Laundry will be carried out before Arrival and Post departure. Additional Cleaning/Laundry service can be provided upon request with an additional charge locally.
    ARRIVALS: Apartment will be available between 3pm-4pm
    DEPARTURES: vacate no later then 11am unless previously arranged by ourselves.
  • The apartment is managed by English representatives.

    Children are very welcome but MUST be supervised at all times in apartment, on terrace/ balcony and pool areas.

    We strongly advise all clients to take out holiday insurance for their holiday period.

LOCATION & LOCAL INFORMATION~ Albamar Golf Complex is ideal for couples, families & Golfers.Miraflores/Riviera Del Sol sits on the coast midway between Marbella and Fuengirola, running adjacent to Calahonda. Malaga Airport is 20-25 minutes away, the local bus service runs very frequently to places like the Harbour of Cabopino, Marbella, Glitzy Puerto Banus & Fuengirola, all along the Coast. Nearest Beaches~~Riviera Beach, Lovely Cabopino, La Cala. Also taxis are at hand day & night. All local amenities are very close by~~ Bank, Cash machines, Supermarkets, Chemist, Newsagents etc. Restaurants are plentiful~~ Local Spanish Cuisine, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Buffet Style, A La Carte, Thai and The Grill Restaurant. If you enjoy Theme Parks, Zoo's etc why not visit the Aqua Park & zoo at Fuengirola, Tivoli Theme Park at Benalmadena or the Crocodile Park at Torremolinos or in winter months why not combine your beach holiday with the snow drenched mountains of Granda for a sporty ski break.

GUEST BOOK- Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at your Apartment,in May/June 2007. The Apartment was beautifully presented and very clean on arrival,the view from the balcony is absolutely fabulous.The Complex was very pretty,very friendly,so as a family it was perfect for us.There is a supermarket,bars and restaurants just a 10 min walk away.We didnt want the hassle of hiring a car so with the bus service and where the apartment was situated a car wasn't needed.We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone, families and couples alike. Penny Bennett and family.

Golf: The apartment is situated 5mins drive from Miraflores Golf Course. The course is located in the hills of Mijas Costa offering fantastic views. The Greens & fairways are excellent & well maintained. As well as having a friendly Club House, Bar & Restaurant there is a Golf Academy plus numerous floodlit driving ranges. All equipment can be hired on site & Tee times can be booked at the Reception of the Golf Club. The entire Costa Del Sol is a Golfers paradise & with the sunny warm climate the area is ideal for lovers of this sport. The area has world-wide recognition as being the Best Winter Golf Resort in Europe. There are also many more Golf Courses a short drive away, here are a few Cabopino Golf, La Cala Golf, Marbella Golf, Mijas Golf, Santa Clara Golf, Parador Del Golf, Torrequebrada Golf, the list is endless. Good Weather is almost guaranteed making it very pleasant playing conditions

A lovely property- direct views of the sea

Great property in very clean condition. Our kids enjoyed the three pools in the development which were all within 2 minutes walk. They hit the pools at 9.30am and would stay there until 1pm, then back to the apartment for lunch and onto the nearby beaches for the rest of the afternoon.
One of our days was spent at the Alhambra at Granada which is a trip of approx 90 to 100 minutes by car. It is well worth a visit, as is the city of Granada itself.
All in all a great holiday with wall to wall sunshine , a lovely apartment with wonderful direct views of the sea.

Does exactly as is says on the tin. A great base for exploring the area, well presented, clean and probably the best view from any apartment on the development. The pools and pool bar provide a place to chill in between excursions and was ideal for our family of four (kids 9 and 13) The spiral staircase needs a little care at first but you soon get used to it. The restaurants nearby provide good choice without rip off prices. The 15-20 min walk from the beach and town is a up a quite steep hill - don't try it with heavy shopping! Nonetheless we would happily book again without any second thoughts and thanks guys for making the arrangements very easy. Very good holiday.

What a magnificant introduction to my children and myself to Spain. This holiday was to be a restful, easy, relaxing holiday, and that was what we got. We didnt watch the clock the whole time. Communications with the owners from booking to returning home was brilliant. A full list of local ameneties and places to go was a great help. Apartment was excellent, everything you need for the perfect holiday, comfort, cleanliness, and home from home feel. Local bars and restaurants a walk away, I would recommend everyone tries 'The Grill' fabulous service and food was lovely. The beach was a walk away on somedays we had it to ourselves....Antonios restaurant is great. Local buses take you to Marbella and Fuengirola, these are easy to navigate. Swimming pool is literally on the doorstop and again on some days we had it to ourselves. There is another pool about 3 mins walk from the apartment and again this is a nice pool, slightly more busy but this may be to do with the bar at the side. My gosh it was hot there take lots of high factor sun cream, especially with little ones. A welcome pack was placed in the apartment for us with bread, milk and water etc, which was greatly appreciated as we didnt get in until late. All in all a great place to stay. We shall definatley be returning.

A little gem

Having read the reviews we were not disappointed and can only confirm all the positive things that have previously been said. A lovely apartment on a beatifully gardened complex.

We loved the close proximity of the supermarket where we could buy freshly baked bread and croisants for breakfast as well as all the other necesities for a good holiday (wine and San Miguel.

For us it was perfect for a totally relaxing holiday aided by the comfort of having Annie and Martin to call on for help and advice.

It was nice to meet owners Dave and Suzanne as you often wonder who are the lucky owners of the property at which you stayed.

We will definitely return but I suspect we will have to book early to be sure of getting the dates we want. Maybe we should have written a negative review?

We had a fabulous time staying in this apartment which was gorgeous with stunning views. We found it the perfect location as we had a car to get around as i was 7 months pregnant. The beaches are amazing our favourite was recommended by the owners at Cabopino.
Can't wait to come back and the owners made it so easy to book and organise everying for our holiday which included our friends wedding at El Oceano Hotel which is beautiful for a visit or dinner by the way.
