Our two bedroom apartment set over three floors, has wonderful views overlooking the Mediterranean coast. Situated in the idyllic location of the tranquil and traditionally Spanish Pueblo del Sol, you are only 5 minutes walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants. The secluded swimming pool is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and is ideal for young children. The pool area is enclosed by a pretty walled garden and includes sun beds, changing room facilities and toilets. There is private, sheltered parking. The apartment has two private south-facing sun terraces, ideal for relaxing/sunbathing and al fresco dining with spectacular views and sunsets - on clear days you can see the Rock of Gibraltar and the North African coast line. Two good-sized bedrooms both individually air-conditioned. Large family bathroom with bath/shower, WC, washbasin, new washing machine. Large comfortable lounge, cable TV, CD player/radio. Newly fitted kitchen connects through an arch to breakfast area.

Pueblo del Sol is part of the Riviera del Sol, ideally situated between Fuengirola and Marbella - approximately 15 minutes drive from both towns. It is only a five minute walk to a first class Golf Club situated behind the Pueblo, as well as the beach, bars, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities in close proximity. Close by is a sports club with tennis and squash facilities and a swimming pool. Many tourist sites are within easy reach by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental prices are all inclusive (including electricity and water) based on full weeks. Rent for part week stay can be negotiated in low season, please check with us. A 50% deposit is payable to confirm the booking; the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. A £100 security deposit is also payable 8 weeks before arrival - this will be returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday, held against return of keys and charges for any damages and breakages. Once the 50% deposit has been received, we will send you details of direction, arrangements for collection of keys as well as an information pack, covering many aspects of the area. Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time by 10 am (negotiable),These times can be negotiated. The apartment is cleaned before arrival; cleaning during the occupation is done by the renter. No pool towels are provided. The pool is cleaned professionally all workdays during the swimming season.

Having travelled to various parts of the Costa del Sol for 30 years I can safely say this is the best location and apartment we have been to. Close to the beach, bars restaurants and supermarkets (tho down a steep hill, a climb back) It was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was lovely clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful with a prompt service. Have no difficulty recommending this property whole heartedly
Owner's Response: We always try to be helpfull to our customers. We make sure the apartment is cleaned before the new clients come in and arrange that the beds are made up.

Beautifull apartment, with great surroundings

The apartment is really cosy, clean and very well equipped. The surroundings are perfect, the private pool, and the friendly beach close by. Shops and restaurents real close too. The area is safe, which is nice when walking home from bars and restaurents.
The owners are pleasant honest people, whom we have been happy to deal with. We are only too happy to recommend this apartment to you. Only trouble was, our vacation was too short.
Owner's Response: We have several cliens who come back year after year. We keep improving our apartment year after year in order to make sure that our clients feel good when they arrive.

My family and i, had the best holiday ever, in this apartment. Very well organised, with all we needed.
The area is safe and quiet, yet close to shops and discos (important to our oldest)
We are alle determined to return next summer
We all recommend Pueblo Del Sol, you will not regret it.

As you can read the apartment is well situated as well as well funished. The area is very quiet, but close to shops, bars and very good restaurant. The beach is very near as can be seen from the pictures.
