Mijas mountain village overlooking Mediterranean and Costa del Sol

Beautiful location and a great place to relax,be it 2 days or 2 weeks.the apartment was both clean,bright, quite and lots of space,although there was only 2 of us, 4 persons would have no problem.A 5 minute walk,up a slight incline and you are in the heart of the village which is full of bars,cafes,restaurants and shops.fuengirola is only a 15 minute bus journey away and only 1.25 euros each way.The only negative point was the lack of air conditioning,in the apartment, although their were numerous fans in the rooms,it became very humid in the night time,saying that,it did not spoil our mini break.The service and information that the Williams gave was excellent.I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends,and will book it again.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and set in a quiet environment.
The pool and the gardens well maintained. We have two children (6 & 10) and it was very safe. The views from the balcony down to Fuengirola were impressive.
It was close enough to Mijas centre for convenience but was still a very quiet location.
Mijas has lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, and is a very charming and picturesque place.
The owner provided a prompt service and replied quickly to our enquiries by phone or email.
I would recommend having a car if you stay in Mijas, as it is a few kms from the coast and there are lots of other interesting places to see in the surrounding area.

I booked this apartment for my brother in law to take my 82 year old mother in law away for a week this was their second visit to Mijas, as a self catering apartment mother in law commented it was a home from home with every concievable requirement catered for in every room of the apartment each bedroom had its own hairdryer and the kitchen was well equipped right down to providing a whisk.

They were very impressed with the collection of books, games, cd's and dvd's, although the plan was to do several day trips they enjoyed the garden and swimming pool so much they did not get around to making these trips as they preferred to stroll around beautiful Mijas then return to the apartment for a swim and relax in the garden.

The apartment was clean, immaculate very spacious and light and as it is situated in a residential area it was very peaceful although there are 45 steps which take you to the main street you can go a slightly longer route which takes you up a slope instead of the steps but at 82 years old mother in law did not find the steps a problem.

Mother in law rated this apartment higher than the McDonalds La Ermita which they stayed at last year when they visited Mijas and is already talking about booking this apartment for next year.
