Luxurious new ground floor apartment on the gated Duquesa Regent development. Fully furnished to a very high standard as our home from home, with no expense spared. The lounge has 2 cream leather sofas, a glass dining room table and chairs for 6 people and a flat screen television, complete with SKY, and a DVD player. There is also a PlayStation and Ipod speakers. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with wardrobes and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with bath and large shower. There is a further family bathroom with shower and a separate cloakroom. The lounge leads out to a huge terrace where you will find a table and chairs to seat 8, sun loungers and a 4 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool and to the left you have a sea view. There is a fully equipped luxury kitchen with granite worktops that has all the appliances you may need including a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. The apartment is fully air conditioned

Puerto de la Duquesa is the Costa del Sol's best-kept secret. The attractive promenades around the port offer a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes to while away the days. Numerous services and shops are also on hand. A 2 minute drive away is La Duquesa Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. The club has been totally refurbished and has a brand new spa, gym and tennis facilities. The world famous Valderrama and Sotogrande are only 10 minutes away as is La Canada and San Roque. If this is not enough, there are another 40 or so courses within an hours drive. The wonderful town of Marbella with its cobbled-stoned streets around Orange Square is only 20 minutes away, and also the international resort of Puerto Banus, great for celebrity spotting and designer shopping. The nearby beaches are clean and peaceful and offer full beach service. No need to leave the sun lounger all day!
