Penthouse has a spacious terrace (36 m2) in full sun overlooking the sea and a sandy beach with panoramic views from sunrise to sunset. You can enjoy your privacy and use it as a solarium. All the rooms, except one bathroom, have windows with a view, so there is no need for air conditioning. The spacious living room has a double door onto the terrace and is open into a dining room area, and splendid American kitchen. The double bedroom has large windows and a door onto the terrace. This property is in a 2002's condominium surrounded by gardens and enclosed by fences and walls. The direct access to the beach makes it Ideal for children. There is one communal swimming pool and a playground as well as an indoor parking space for this apartment. Añoreta Golf, Baviera Golf and El Candado Golf, are between 5 and 15 minutes by car.

The surrounding area is very quiet with natural vegetation and vegetable gardens. The beach, 8 Km long, is not crowded even in high season, ideal for long walks in a natural and relaxing environment. There is a restaurant on the beach 150 yards from the property. Plenty of bars and restaurants with cheap prices and nearby services (supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc.) can be found at Benajarafe village, 1 Km. away. There is a modern supermarket 4 Km away and two big shopping areas (including cinemas) between 10 and 15 minutes drive away. The area belongs to the Axarquía, a region of contrast, from the snow-capped mountains down to the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol. You can enjoy one of the best climates in Europe with more than 320 days of sun each year. The villages, set among the impressive mountains, have retained their Moorish essence throughout the centuries and are very picturesque. The food is also wonderful.

Means of access: From the airport follow the signs to Málaga. About 4 Km. away, follow the blue sign (freeway) towards Almería-Motril. After about 25 Km. take exit 258 to Benajarafe-Chilches. In a couple of Kilometers, when reaching the coast, take N340a to Almería. From this point, at about 4 Km., you can see the apartment building and 'Playa Linda' sign on the right side of the road (km. 262.800). It is also possible to take the bus Málaga- Vélez Málaga. The bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance.

Entertainment : In nearby Velez-Málaga and Rincon de la Victoria there are aqua-parks, zoos and the famous Treasure Cave for children. There are also pubs and discos in these towns. Modern cinemas can be found in the Rincon de la Victoria Shopping Center, and in El Ingenio, the Shopping Center in Velez-Málaga. Plenty of cafeterias, restaurants and bars all along the promenades of Benajarafe, Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez Málaga, and Torre del Mar.

Places to visit and shopping: Neighbouring areas include the bustling town of Nerja, with its famous cave, and Frigiliana village. Heading further inland visit the famous village of Competa,where its sweet wine is very well known, and other villages such as Sayalonga, which have retained their Moorish essence. A trip to Málaga offers everthing from narrow streets crammed with tapas bars and bodegas. Picasso Museum, the cathedral, the Alcazaba, the park. Further afield you can marvel at the wonders of Granada's Alhambra Palace, Cordoba's Mezquita or visit the hotly disputed rock of Gibraltar. SHOPPING. If shopping is your particular passion then take a short trip to El Ingenio shopping center, located between Torre del Mar and Velez-Málaga. Or visit the Rincon de la Victoria shopping centre just off the motorway exit to La Cala. There are also street markets in the sorrounding villages and towns. In Caleta de Vélez they have a market every Saturday and in Torre del Mar every Thursday.
