Notes to the rental rates

• Exception to the above Easter & Christmas bookings.
  All bookings 'Sunday to Sunday in the high season. Bookings from Nov to Mar are E300 per week, however discounts are offered for long term bookings (4 weeks+).
  Arrivals 2pm.Departures 11am.
  
• 30% booking deposit, remainder 2 month prior to arrival. Prices quoted for 4 adults. Extra adults €50 pw.
  A security deposit of €200 is required, which is refunded within one week, subject to return of keys, and everything being in order.
  
• Special rates available for winter long term lets.

Getting to the apartment

The apartment is approximately 10 miles from Malaga airport. Full directions including a map of the area will be supplied. Because the apartment is so close the airport, the area is well known to taxi drivers, so there is little difficulty in finding it. Also a representative from 'holiday-guide' will meet you at the apartment to fill you in on the local amenities. In the apartment you will also find a comprehensive folder outlining useful information to familiarise you with the area and its amenities.

Entertainment

While the area is a busy holiday resort, it is very suitable for families, in that it is not your 'Ibiza' type area. At the same time there is plenty of quality nightlife entertainment for the young and not so young. There are a number of very good restaurants in the area, to suit all tastes. Most of the restaurants are inexpensive and the quality of the food is excellent. Afterwards you can stroll along the promenade, which is both beautiful and entertaining, stretching all the way from Benalmadena to Torremolinos.

For the Golf enthusiast there are numerous golf courses, they say you can play golf all the year round, a different golf course each week.
