If you want an apartment that is close to everything, this is it, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, some excellent restaurants, bars etc. 15 min walk to the Marina. No need for a car, although private car parking is available. Public transport , 5 min from the apartment. The apartments are south facing, so enjoys the sun from early morning. A large balcony facing the sea and overlooking the pool. The apartments are on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmadena, and so enjoys the luxury of extensive beaches, and a beautiful promenade stretching for miles. The complex is well managed, beautiful grounds, also while you are guaranteed a good nights sleep, there is also plenty of night life close by.

One of the attractions of the apartment is the large double balcony that overlooks the pool ,and is facing the sea. Because the apartment is south-facing, it enjoys the sun from early morning, Into the late afternoon. The complex is very well maintained, it is also very private and secure. It is also within walking distance of all necessary amenities.It is also only 5 minute walk to the beach. While you don't need a car, you do have private underground parking facilities. It is ideal for families with small children, as the balcony overlooks the pool, which also has a shallow end for small tots.

From a location point of view, you could not be better placed.The Imperial Puerto is a lovely complex close to the Sol Timor and Aloha Puerto hotels, and close to all amenities. There is a supermarket (Lidl) 100 meters from the apartment and the beach with its promenade is only a 200/300 meter walk You do not need a car as the local bus stop is 100 metres away and a 15 min walk brings you to the train station at Pinillo on the Malaga-Fuengirola line. Local attractions: Aqualand Water Park, Selwo Marina with dolphins,sea lions,penguins and parrots, Tivoli world amusement park/cable car are all a short taxi journey and Sea Life Aquarium is a short walk.There is a taxi rank at the Sol Timor hotel.

    A security deposit of €200 is required, which is refunded within one week, subject to return of keys, and everything being in order.

Getting to the apartment: The apartment is approximately 10 miles from Malaga airport. Full directions including a map of the area will be supplied. Because the apartment is so close the airport, the area is well known to taxi drivers, so there is little difficulty in finding it. Also a representative from 'holiday-guide' will meet you at the apartment to fill you in on the local amenities. In the apartment you will also find a comprehensive folder outlining useful information to familiarise you with the area and its amenities.

Entertainment: While the area is a busy holiday resort, it is very suitable for families, in that it is not your 'Ibiza' type area. At the same time there is plenty of quality nightlife entertainment for the young and not so young. There are a number of very good restaurants in the area, to suit all tastes. Most of the restaurants are inexpensive and the quality of the food is excellent. Afterwards you can stroll along the promenade, which is both beautiful and entertaining, stretching all the way from Benalmadena to Torremolinos.

Golf : For the Golf enthusiast there are numerous golf courses, they say you can play golf all the year round, a different golf course each week.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment,as its well maintained and for its excellent location. On arrival at the apartment we were met by Colin & Lorraine who showed us around and if we needed anything at all we were to just pick up the phone. Located a few minutes from the beach and the marina its the perfect location and apartment to pick for either a short break or a longer stay. Suitable for families as well as couples its well maintaineD gardens and pool along with secure gates make it a safe and secure choice for any age group.

Fantastic location, apartment was spotlessly clean and well kitted out. Complex is well maintained and secure. Lorranine & Colin were very helpful and only a phonecall if we needed anything. I have and will continue to recommend this apartment and complex to all of my friends. A great place to unwind and a lovely apartment to do it in.

had a great time at franks apt. colin and lorraine were very friendly and helpfull.
apartment had everything you need for a holiday and it was spotlessly clean and is well maintained. would return again to this apartment as it is very well situated to the airport and to the shops and beach.
lidl store 2mins away was a great place to get all you need.

I have stayed in No 33 on a number of occassions in last 2 years years and have always enjoyed my stay. It is a lovely bright air conditioned ,and well maintained apartment in a secure complex,with a nice size pool and lovely gardens.The beach is 3 mins walk away and there is lots to do for all age groups.All amenities , some very good and inexpensive restaurants, bars etc all within walking distance. Shopping only a few minutes bus ride away. Local transport is very good by bus,train or taxi All in all I would highly reccomend a visit with no 33 as your base I will definitely be going back next year
