Luxury apartment in a quiet, sought-after area of central Torremolinos near shops, restaurants, walking gardens, children's playground. The apartment is south facing and enjoys the sun from morning till dusk. There is a free public car park close to the apartment which is 10 minutes walk from the beach and also 10 minutes from Torremolinos large Olimpic swimming pool, tennis courts ans sports center; all in the way of the very new attraction 'Magic Palace'.

The world famous city of Torremolinos is situated in the middle of Málaga province; 13km distance of Málaga city and same distance to Fuengirola. Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the costas (Málaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella etc.) and the miles of bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors the highlights are also the cities of Sevilla, Córdoba and Granada, and Gibraltar is just over an hour´s drive away. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe including Europe´s southern most skiing resort and marshlands crowded with flamingos.
