Notes to the rental rates

• All rental rates are for up to '4 PERSONS'.
  
• For 5 - 6 persons add 140 euros to the weekly price.
  For 7 - 8 persons add 280 euros to the weekly price
  
• DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
  50% deposit of the total rental price is payable on booking (None Refundable).
  The Deposit Payment is by Bank transfer.
  CREDIT CARDS:
  We also accept Credit Cards as a method of deposit payment but we charge 3.6% for this service, which can work out cheaper than a bank transfer.
  BALANCES:
  The balance is payable in cash euros and on arrival.
  SECURITY DEPOSIT:
  There is also a security deposit of £150 or 200 euros payable in cash and on arrival, which is refundable at the end of your stay (Subject to serious breakages).
  CHILD HIGH CHAIR and COT + MATTRESS (Linen not provided) 36 euros per Week.
  CHANGE OVER DAY: On a Saturday from June - September.
  The days are flexible in other months. Arrivals are after 4pm and departures before 10am

OUTSIDE: Eat alfresco with panoramic views. There is a spacious terrace and garden lay to grass with olive trees. Sunbathe anywhere around the grounds or in the area around the 8x4m swimming pool. The property is very private and the owner is discreetly available (in a little house to the right of the front drive) for help and advice should you need any assistance. This area is also well known for mountain walks, cycling, or horse riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional. ACCESS: The property is reached via an unmade country lane (dirt track), which is 2 Kilometres from the local by-pass). Coin town centre is a 10-minutes drive.

COIN

Situated in the valley of the Rio Grande in the province of Malaga, is one of the most up and coming villages on the Costa del Sol. Coin is located about a 30 mins drive from Fuengirola and 20 mins from Mijas. Coín also houses and important ceramics factory, located on the main road from Fuengirola and a working film studio that was once the set for the TV series’ dorado’. The studio is located on the outskirts of Coín, alongside the main highway to Marbella. The studio is also used as a hotel and restaurant. The centre of Coín has a wonderful plaza where the old Town Hall is located and local residents sit and while away the hours. The new Town Hall is located in another new plaza with an underground car park, fountains, gardens and several fine bars. The small, narrow streets are lined with family owned shops.

COIN

A new commercial centre, ‘La Trocha’ has been built on the outskirts of town. It is located on the road to Cartama and contains numerous department stores including Dunnes, various food outlets including Burger King and a multi-screen cinema with Films in English about once a week.
