We have specified Saturday as the preferred change over date but we can be flexible depending on the bookings we have. To assist with changeovers- we ask that when making your travel plans you bear in mind that the house will be ready for you at around 2-3 pm on the day of your arrival. On your departure date, we ask guests if they would kindly vacate by 10.00 a.m.

Notes to the rental rates

  • The rental price does not include a maid service but this can be provided as an optional extra at a cost of 30 Euros payable locally. The service provides a change of bedding and towels and a mini house clean. Guests staying for more than one week might in particular wish to consider this option.
    We ask for a 10% deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable not less than 6 weeks before departure. Deposits are generally non returnable in the event of cancellation.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival and included in the price. Casa Clara is already stocked with cooking basics. There is a small library of books, videos and DVD's . The air conditioning unit is portable and is supplemented with ceiling fans. Bathroom towels are provided but not pool towels. For a small additional charge payable locally, airport transfer can be arranged.
