A classic Cortijo-style farmhouse built around a large courtyard filled with sweet scented shrubs and flowers. The house provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 16 people and is ideal for families and children. A large 70 sqm Hallway opens into the lovely central courtyard from which lead the bedrooms and living rooms. Leading from the hallway is a circular stone staircase to a tranquil first floor drawing room. The spacious main living room is double height with a large open fire, flat screen TV, a large range of DVDs and a wonderful collection of books. The main Bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. There are several terraces both for entertaining andfinding peace and quiet. Hammocks, a croquet lawn, ping pong table Badminton and Broadband Internet are all on offer. Cortijo La Hoya is set in the foothills below Gaucin, just off the Ronda-Jimena road. It sits in 30 acres of grounds and mature gardens and is surrounded by National Parkland. Its 14 metre infinity pool provides stunning views towards Africa. We are within easy reach of the Beaches, several local Golf Courses and Sotogrande with its Polo grounds and nightlife. The countryside is ideal for walking and riding. Gaucin which is 10 minutes away is one of the first famous ‘white villages’ of Andalucia. The nearest shops are in San Pablo (5 minutes) and Gaucin. The historic towns of Jerez, Ronda, Seville and Cordoba are an easy car journey. Tarifa, famous for its windsurfing is just 90 minutes away. Morocco and the mesmerising port of Tangier is only a 35 minute ferry ride from Tarifa.   • Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday. We are prepared to be reasonably flexible with regard to rates. Whole month bookings will be offered a discount. We are also flexible on changeover days and times during the low season and we will also consider stays of less than a week. Please ring me for more details on 07711887510.
    Linen and Pool towels are provided.

    A Welcome Pack of food essentials will be provided free of charge and you will be shown round by Karen, an English woman who is fluent in Spanish. She will be on hand during your stay to help you with anything you need to know.

    THERE IS A DISCOUNT OF 20% ON ALL PRICES FOR PARTIES OF 8 OR LESS (Except for the months of July and August)

    Maid service is included in the price for one visit per week. Extra Maid service is available on request and at 10 Euro per hour. A Cook can provided if you want one, again at extra cost. Babysitters are available as well.
  • Small party rate- up to 8 people where the Children's wing is closed off, discount of 20% in all months except July and August.
    Heating between October 1st and March 31st will be charged in addition
