SITUATED ON THE MAGNIFICENT ALHAURIN GOLF COURSE. An immaculate 2 bed apartment overlooking this fantastic Championship Golf Course. A well presented, Ground Floor Apartment furnished with 2 new leather sofas, new double beds, both of which can be made into 4 x 3' singles. Fully equipped to a high standard with 2 lovely terraces, ideal for dining, relaxing or sunbathing. Our fully air conditioned 2 double bedroom apartment is situated at the prestigious Alhaurin Golf complex within easy walking distance of the clubhouse. The apartment is just 5 minutes from Alhaurin el Grande, 10 minutes from Mijas,15-20 minutes from the beach, 25 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Marbella. The apartment is in a beautiful position, surrounded by tropical gardens and a communal swimming pool. There is an excellent restaurant on site and many others in the vicinity. Besides the obvious attraction of the golf course there are other activities such as tennis, horse riding and hill walking.

  • A Reservation Fee of £50 is required at time of confirmation of booking. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required within 14 days of the confirmation of booking or immediately within 6 weeks of commencement date of rental, whichever is the sooner. Balance of payment to be received 6 weeks prior to commencement date of rental. General Notes - Bed linen, bath towels, cutlery, crockery, electricity, heating, hot water, kitchen appliances and car parking, are all included within the Rental Rates. There is also a refundable Breakages Deposit of £75 payable with final payment.

Golf: ALHAURIN GOLF COURSE - The urbanisation boasts 3 golf courses: a magnificent and spectacular 18 hole par 72, another 9 hole par 3 of outstanding beauty and a unique 18 hole par 3 for children. There is also a golf academy, a driving range 400 metres long x 100 metres wide and chipping and putting greens. The club house is strategically placed between the two parts of the course with splendid views to the fairways and with the Sierra de Mijas and Nieves mountains in the background. The main course has an attractive layout and has been designed by Seve Ballesteros, adapting itself to the hills of the area, it offers 18 holes totally different one from the other, which enables the game of golf to become a challenge to all those who wish to enjoy a spectacular round in a natural environment. Alhaurin Golf is part of what is known as the 'Costa del Golf', with more than 40 golf courses. An ideal paradise enjoying the micro climate of the Costa del Sol, which enables the practise of this beautiful sport throughout the year. The resident professional is Luis Purcell - he is absolutely fantastic!!

We found the apartment just as the description "an immaculate 2 bed apartment" with the two bedrooms being surprisingly spacious with extremely comfy beds! The apartment was beautifully presented housing everything we needed for our holiday. Alhaurin golf is a beautiful setting and local restaurants including the golf club, Los Morenos & La Boma provided excellent food at very reasonable prices. The grounds and pool are well maintained and even in August we sometimes had the pool to ourselves. The apartment is also well placed for visiting many others areas on the Costa-del-Sol. We found the booking process extremely straight forward with a friendly phonecall from Dylis to discuss our requirements, a follow up email to check we were satisfied with the apartment and the prompt return of our breakables deposit. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and the previous comment about the shower is absolutely true!

very quiet and relaxing

We had great fun with the swimming pool almost to ourselves. The little shop has everything you could want and is reasonably priced. There is Internet access down at the hotel a lovely 15 minute walk away. Taxis cost around 8 Euros to Alhaurín el Grande. The apartment was like new and the shower is one of the best power showers ever. I think we will be going back ;-)

Excellent holiday apartment

We had an excellent holiday at this apartment, it was clean, spacious and had plenty of towels and linen. It also had very comfy beds!

There was a lovely terrace which was much larger than expected although did become shaded earlier than we anticipated (around 6pm - we were there at the beginning of June).

I would highly recommend renting this property - it is located in a very safe environment.
