2 Large bedrooms both en suite, complete privacy for 4 persons + 2 blow up beds

My apartment is my genuine second home, it is more spacious than most being about 110 square metres.

The underground car park is secure, a lift to the apartment door, which is in turn secured by a door phone entry system.

The fully heated and air-conditioned apartment has a small hall leading to the lounge/diner and separate kitchen. the kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Full inventory on request.

Each bedroom can be used as twin beds and the main bedroom can be used as a double, it is possible for two additional guests to use the inflatable beds, so 6 can sleep but 4 very comfortably. Both bedrooms have their own en suite facilities, and adequate wardrobe and shelf space.

From the lounge through sliding doors is the patio, again larger than usual, providing a table with 6 chairs to eat al fresco, South facing but with super shade plus enough space to use loungers and deck chairs. The communal pool is 30 paces away.

You are recommended to look at the reviews consistently received about the property. It is self contained with some limited local facilities such as essential shopping, cheap eating , expensive eating and the golf course restaurant is good and reasonably priced. There is walking in the mountains or along the roads to the nearest town (3.5 Km). Fuengirola , Marbella, Gibraltar, Malaga, Seville, Cordoba can all be explored by car. in the further places it is best to spend a night there but all an be covered in a day trip.There are loal markets, supermarkets, and shopping malls within 1/2 hour drive. Golf is fantastic in choices of courses. Go Karting, horse riding, tennis, swimming, beach sports I think most hobbies can be catered for within an hours drive. Nearby towns are a shopaholic's dream.

All rooms are more spacious than normally provided in holiday accomodation. there are two large settees and 'al fresco' dining facilities for 6 persons and BBQ on the patio. There is a child place setting set. There is a cot available for babies and small children. Both bedrooms have more than adequate wardrobe space, plus en suite facilities. Second has shower cabinet only, main has bath/shower and 2 vanity sinks. Main bedroom can be used as double or two singles. All linen and towels supplied, except for beach towels. Full inventory, ask for copy and see everything you need for a home from home holiday.

Tranquility in the ''SUN''

"We are all looking forward to the holiday as I was even surprised my Wife wanted to return as I did think the Costa de Sol would be a one off! It definitely was your apartment and the location that made it for us and even 5 star Egypt in December didn't change her view!"
Since our visit we would still agree with our original comments and would have no hesitations recommending this apartment and perhaps we will be back for a 3rd visit next year! (Our only doubts would be do we go back to the same destination? Possibly!)
Thank you once again, Joe, for the rental of your lovely apartment and we have definately fallen in love with the area.

Holiday experience

This a beautiful apartment that literally has everything you need for a home-from-home experience. The description is accurate but in some ways does not do it justice as this apartment provides a beatiful tranquil setting and ideal for anyone who wants a peaceful relaxing holiday. The location of the pool is very child friendly and the gardens and surrounding area are well maintained. The apartment is light, airy and spotless - has everything you need with nothing lacking. Tou are within easy reach of other locatins i.e. Mijas, Funegirola, Benalmadena and of course the numerous golf courses inc. Alhaurin Golf (on the doorstep). We have just returned and will definitely go there again. A delight!

Superb ho;iday in Alhaurin

Having spent three weeks in this apartment we rate it very highly. It is spacious, comfortable, and lacks nothing. The kitchen is especially well equipped for those who are keen cooks. The terrace with a large table leads on to a lovely quiet garden with a beautiful swimming pool. During our stay(May/June) there were hardly any apartments occupied. The property was spotless on our arrival and the owner responded to enquiries promptly. It lies 3 kms outside Alhaurin and although there are some restaurants and a small shop within walking distance a car is necessary.It is not far to the coast for those who like big resorts but the Guadalahorce valley and sierras offer much to explore.This is a place to which we would like to return.
