Golf: The Torrequebrada Golf Club is just 2 km away. The 18 holes that it has are situated between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. It is rich in topical vegetation and birds. The Torrequebrada Golf Course has large number of lakes and strategic placed bunkers, every hole is a different experience for the player. The average temperature is around 18 degrees centigrade during the whole year. Even in winter, it does not fall under 14 during the day. The rainfall is moderate, a fact which always guarantees a pleasant holiday. The Costa del Sol has three hundred sunny days per year. This good weather is favoured by the constant sea breezes and the protective mountains situated next to the seaside. For all this, it is also calls Costa del Golf.

we rented the 3 bed appartment and in all honesty the views from this particular appartment were second to none.the pool area was immaculate and well supervised, the snack bar was well equiped with friendly staff.these are private appartments and the security was great(intercom access). the location was a little out of it but a 10 min stroll took you to many restraunts and bars. there are a few small beaches directly across a main road (which is very busy) with pedestrian crossings. there is a steep hill to climb up to the appartment block so i would not recommend for elderly or disabled.there are some very nice local bars and a great supermarket at the bottom of the hill. all in all we loved this appartment and would recommend it to any of our friends. have to say public transport was great and relatively cheap approx 5 mins and £1 will take you to the marina area with its extensive bars and restraunts and the buses run well past midnight. there is little entertainment close by for older children(disco/karaoke) but we had two 15 yr olds with us and they still had a great time. i hope this has been useful.

We stayed in Benalmadena for a week. Our owner was very helpfull and with her help we managed to get a driver to the airport. There were food store 100meters away and it was easy to go to the beach or to the restaurant, because it was near at everything (and bus to Torremolinos and to marina went in a cost line). So it was perfect place for us. It was pity that two of those pools weren´t open at that time, but still there were lot´s of things to do.
The place is certainly worth of going!!!

*ENGLAND:Stayed here in June 2005. Very nice apartment as advertised. Owner friendly and helpful. Pools (there are three) are very nice and clean, life guards on duty, loungers for hire (1 euro a day) added bonus of a pool bar which serves drinks, ice creams, tapas and other snacks. Access road is a short but steep hill up to the apartment block. Currently building site next to access road but apartment is on other side of apartment block so you don’t hear it. Excellent supermarket at bottom of hill.
Terrific beach restaurant 'Lorenzos' just past the Sunset Beach Club and down some steps or the road at the side (filled with locals at the weekend which we always take as a good sign). Lots of nice restaurants on the beach at the 'windmill roundabout' (you’ll know what I mean when you get there) recommend the Paella and the steaks are also great cooked on the barbecue.
Benalmadena Marina is also nice lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, great place to watch the world go by.
