This modern apartment is situated in the luxurious Mijar Golf House Development and overlooks the signature 12th hole of the nearby Miraflores Golf Course. The club house is less than 200m away and is open to visitors, with an excellent restaurant and a friendly bar. The apartment is a ground floor unit in a small complex of 63 apartments. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), with separate Kitchen & dining/living area.. There are two large balconies. The kitchen is fully finished with Cooker, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Toaster, coffee maker & juicer. The apartment has satellite TV with BBC, ITV,SKY news manymore. There are two pools, 1 adult & 1 children’s pool. There is also a paddle tennis court & generous & well maintained gardens. The local commercial icentre s about 15 mins walking and has a supermarket, hairdresser & many restaurants. Local beaches are 5 to 15 mins drive away.A local 24/7 taxis service is available for local shops and towns like Fuengirola & Marbella.

The apartment overlooks Miraflores Golf Course and is very private and the balcony is not overlooked.close . The complex is close (less than 20mins drive) to La Cala (3 x 18 holes) , Calanova (1 x 18 Holes), Santana and Mijas (2 x 18Holes) golf resorts. For those interested in history the old town of Malaga, home to Picasso is approx 45 minutes drive away along the scenic coastal main road. Other tourist destinations are Mijas(30mins) and Rhonda(50mins). The apt. is well suited to both families and for those seeking night life. The 24/7 taxi rank can get you to Fuengirola in 15 mins, where there there is a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs.

This was a great apartment, with everything that was needed to make our stay good. The car parking was secure, the complex neat and tidy. The only drawback we found was finding it in the first place once we turned into Miraflores. It may have been our fault but we didn`t get enough information about where the apartment actually was.
I would however stronly recommend this apartment to other people.
