Elegant 2 floor apartment (Built 2004). Elevated position, spectacular sea views. Beach a 10 minute walk away with pedestrian bridge over the A7. 5 Golf courses nearby. Marble floors throughout. Air conditioning/heating units in all main rooms. Beautifully furnished (owners' second home - see comments in Guest Book section). Ground floor features lounge with TV, DVD/video player, CD player and surround-sound system; sea-facing terrace with furniture for al fresco meals; fully fitted kitchen (electric cooker, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine); utility room with tumble dryer; shower room. 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a double with bathroom en suite and a twin with bathroom adjacent. Generous storage in all rooms. A second terrace, with sun loungers, opens from the master bedroom. Gated community with allocated parking space. Shared adult and children's swimming pools. All linen provided (except beach towels). Weekly cleaning and linen laundry service included.

Nearest Motorway: E15/A7 Estepona East/Casares at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 800 Metres

The area is an ideal location to explore the far south of Spain, either along the coast to Puerto Banus and Marbella to the east or to Puerto de la Duquesa, Sotogrande and Gibraltar to the west and on to Cadiz and Tarifa, the wind-surfers' paradise. Less than 10 minutes to the east is the attractive town of Estepona with its many restaurants and shops and attractive long, sandy beaches with excellent facilities including beach bars, showers and changing rooms, as well as a busy and popular marina. A short drive inland sets you en route to the Andalusian white villages, Casares and Gaucin being the nearest to the apartment. The spectacularly sited ancient town of Ronda is also a scenic drive away, and longer excursions can be made to Seville and Granada. For golfers this is the heart of the Costa del Golf, with four courses within 10 minutes or less drive away and some 18/20 others, including the 'big guns' of Valderama, Sotogrande, Almenara and La Reserva only 25 minutes away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of one-third of the total rental price is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation, with the balance payable six (6) weeks prior to arrival date. In case of cancellation between date of confirmation of reservation and the date the balance is due, a cancellation charge of 15% of the total cost will apply. In case of cancellation six (6) weeks or less before departure 50% of the total rental cost will be forfeit unless we are able to re-let the property. A security deposit of £150 is also required with the final payment and will be refunded not more than three (3) weeks after departure provided that no damage or loss has occurred. Discount of 5% for returning guests and bookings of 3 weeks or longer.
  • In order that the apartment may be fully prepared for your arrival, guests are requested to plan to arrive between 16.00 and 20.00 hrs. If this is not possible alternative arrangements can be made, with prior notice, with our local key holder. You are also asked to vacate the apartment by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Thank you so much for allowing us to experience living in your home. This was our third holiday in Estepona, and your property was by far the most lavish and beautiful that we have stayed in... It has every conceivable appliance to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also, your 'welcome pack' was gratefully received! Your photographs and description can never do your home the justice it deserves... Your property is not a 'holiday rental' it is a real home from home in the sunshine, and I would love the opportunity to be able to take my family there again in the coming years. We had a great two weeks and the apartment was everything we'd expected it would be. AC, August '07. The apartment was super, I don't think you could have forgotten anything a guest may need. It was very clean/comfortable. We used your BBQ often. Also, the lovely swimming pool! I had it to myself most days.
