In an excellent location situated on the ground floor overlooking one of the 3 beautiful outdoor swimming pool areas. Surrounded by tropical gardens (only 30% of the land used for the apartments). Secure underground parking and lockable storage room available with lift access to ground level.

Located in the ‘New Golden Mile’, in a perfect location to visit cosmopolitan Marbella, exciting Puerto Banus and tax free shopping and sightseeing in Gibraltar. This part of Andalucia is still relatively unspoilt. Whether it's miles of pristine beaches or rugged picturesque mountains with their wildlife, this area offers every type of terrain. Casares del Sol complex is situated in a peaceful location, within walking distance to local 'blue flag' awarded beach with great beach bars and also the El Cortesin 18 hole golf course and hotel facilities (open summer 2007). Just a 5 minute drive from Sabinillas, a true Spanish village and the cosmopolitan Marina of Duquesa.

  • Payment is due in full immediately if booking within 8 weeks of departure. If booking more than 8 weeks from departure, then 150 GBP is required to secure your booking, the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.
    Refundable security deposit of 250 GBP is added to remaining balance payment, this will be refunded within two weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
    Booking forms are sent once a booking has been confirmed via the internet or by post.
    Payment can be made in Euros if preferred.
  • No Smoking.

    Not suitable for small children unable to sleep in full size single bed/s.

    Clean linen and towels including beach towels will be provided for your stay.
    A mid term apartment clean and towel/linen change is included in the price if you book for two weeks.

Golf: There are over 60 golf courses in Andalucia, of which 30 are on the Costa del Sol, some of which are International Championship level such as Valderrama which is only 15minutes drive away from our apartment. Along the left hand flank of the Casares del Sol complex is the the Elegance Dona Julia Golf course consisting of two 18 hole and one nine hole course. Course details and online booking available (please, contact owner for website link). Within walking distance there are two 9 hole courses at Casares Golf Gardens and Casares Golf and Country Club. Running across the back of the complex is the Finca Cortesin 18 hole golf course and hotel where the 2009 Autumn Volvo World Match play Championship will be held. Larger Bookings: Should you require more than one apartment, I have a partnership with another excellent apartment on the complex just metres from my apartment. Please just request this additional accommodation and I will check availability.

Places of Interest: About 25 minutes from the Casares del Sol complex, we have the well known locations of Marbella & Puerto Banus. With their cosmopolitan, up-market atmosphere, an overabundance of restaurants, the best international shops, there is always the possibility of finding yourself dining with some famous personality. Estepona is a beautiful coastal town, whose growth is converting into an important location in the province of Malaga without losing it´s traditional charm. Selwo National Park based on an African safari park, it houses 2000 animals in semi-wild conditions. The Park has restaurants, shops, parking and many services and facilities. Prado World is a theme park with a Water park as well as other attractions such as Mini golf, Football, TV Room, shooting gallery, Basket Ball and Remote Control Lorries. There is also a restaurant and bar.

Places of Interest continued: Rock of Gibraltar is reachable in approx. 25 minutes, after braving a hair-raising taxi ride to the top you will find spectacular views across to North Africa and Tarifa - the gateway to the Mediterranean. Duty free can be picked up in Gibraltar, as well as English shopping. Casares village is a picture postcard pueblo blanco (white village) properties, looking like sugar cubes, are piled precariously high, weave through the narrow streets that surround the central plaza with its' small bars and central fountain and eventually you will reach an old fortress, derelict church and a view across to Africa & Gibraltar that is simply stunning. Nearby traditional white Spanish villages such as Ronda, Gaucin and Mijas all have something different to offer. More information is available in our apartment. Although a car is not essential as there is a local bus service and a taxi rank close by, to make the most of your holiday a car is recommended.

Ski: Skiing is only two hours away in Sierra Nevada mountains with its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent.

The apartment was very clean and had every amenity that you required, it was like home from home. You could make your holiday as relaxing or busy as you wish, The location of this property is central to lots of places to visit and you are spoilt for choice. The owner and service we received before and as we arrived was more than helpful. We had two teenage girls with us and they throughly enjoyed it, it is suitable for all ages.
Highly recommended.
