Sit on the balcony, grab a cold beer or wine and enjoy the stunning view that overlooks the so inviting swimming pool & the sea just beyond. Serenity. Inside all the furniture is of the highest quality & contemporary cool. Ideally for four people, its extendible to 6. The master bedroom has orthopaedic zipper mattresses, so its a cosy King size or two singles. We'll set it up for your needs. All the amenities you would expect (air-con, iron, Sky TV, DVD) & those you wouldn’t (gas BBQ, towels, hair-dryer etc). We even have 4 sets of quality golf clubs for your use (Taylor Made, Callaway) so you don't have to spend £120 on bag charges. We are 5 minutes walk to the wonderful beach, 2 minutes to Finca Cortesin - new home of World Matchplay Championship and its 5* resort and 30 seconds walk from a super 9 hole course. Situated just 45 mins from Malaga airport and 20 mins from Gibraltar airport, its easily accessible off the N340/ A7 main through road by car, taxi or bus. The atmospheric Port of Duquesa is only 4 minutes away with its plentiful bars and restaurants and beautiful marina. Entertaining Estepona is less than 10 mins away, with Posey Puerto Banus 20 mins and Magnificent Marbella with its charismatic old town just 25 mins. Traditional Spain can be found just 10 mins up the road in Casares Village with its quaint streets and whitewashed houses. Importantly, Estepona golf, Duquesa, Dona Julia, La Finca and Casres Golf Gardens are with five minutes drive. Sotogrande Reserva, San Roque and Valderrama and dozens more are within 15 minutes. Forty minutes will take you to trendy Tarifa the European capital of kite surfing - you gotta see it! Rustic Ronda is also 40 minutes away and definitely worth the drive.

  • Deposit: A £150 per week non - refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. An additional £150 security payment is due on payment of the balance to cover the costs of damage etc. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure subject to satisfactory inspection of the property.
    Provisional bookings will be held for up to five days (excluding late bookings) to enable you to arrange compatible flights and car hire etc

Notes: The apartment is furnished to the highest standard, beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Some things you might not expect include: hairdryer, curling tongs, casserole dishes, Italian coffee maker, sharp chefs knives, a Spanish cook book, iPod speakers, CD/radio player, DVD's, books, games, bat and ball, a set of boules etc We have wine glasses, beer glasses, long glasses, espresso cups, mugs & tea cups! Also, 4 sets of quality golf clubs are there for your use. This could save a group of four golfers £120 on airline charges. Please enjoy them. A whopping 70% of the complex is landscaped gardens making this a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The apartment and complex is disabled friendly with ramps; lift access from car park to outside the front door. THere is also a pool with a slope in. Smoking is strictly not permitted in the apartment, but I have no problem with smoking on the balcony

Golf: 4 sets of quality golf clubs including Taylor made and Callaway are available free for the use of guests during their stay. 2 courses are within walking distance including La Finca Cortesin, a championship course designed by Cabell B Robinson and a very interesting 9 hole course across the road. Sotogrande, Valderamma and San Roque are less than 15 minutes away. There are over 30 courses within half an hour of the apartment.

Just got back from Spain. No problems at all with the apartment, finding it etc and we were very comfortable. We're looking forward to our next time out there. You asked me if there was anything we could suggest to help improve a persons stay. As it is so well fitted out it might seen picky to say anything at all. Great accomadation

We stayed in the apartment in October and found it to be a very restful holiday. As we were out of season the restaurants and other atractions were still open and the weather was fantastic. You are very much lower on the Costa del Sol so the weather is so much better and the area is not commercialised yet so it was a pleasure to still get the spanish feel for the area. The golf courses in the area were very good. But all in all the accommadation and the area it was in was very good.

All 3 generations of the family enjoyed a week of unbroken sunshine in early October. The appartment was lovely, facilities were excellent and as well as swimming in the lovely pool, we fitted in a 9 holes of golf at Casares, played bowls at nearby Benavista, visited outdoor market at Sabinillas, went shopping at La Canada and the kids enjoyed the huge playground at Estepona.

The apartement was great and the kids loved the pool. Underground parking was perfect. Very helpful description from the owner containing directions, activities, restaurants etc etc. No problems finding our way. :-)

casares del sol is a great golf destination

There are several superb golf courses within a few minutes of the appartment. Finca Cortesin, which is venue for world matchplay event next year is a 5 minute stroll. Seve Ballasteros' Valle Romano course is also world class. Free use of four sets of clubs was very thoughtful and much appreciated. A long sandy beach 5 minutes away is suitable for sunbathing or swimming. Several superb restaurants are nearby. Appartment itself is first class. Highly recommended.
