Situated just 45 mins from Malaga airport and 20 mins from Gibraltar airport, its easily accessible off the N340/ A7 main through road by car, taxi or bus. The atmospheric Port of Duquesa is only 4 minutes away with its plentiful bars and restaurants and beautiful marina. Entertaining Estepona is less than 10 mins away, with Posey Puerto Banus 20 mins and Magnificent Marbella with its charismatic old town just 25 mins. Traditional Spain can be found just 10 mins up the road in Casares Village with its quaint streets and whitewashed houses. Importantly, Estepona golf, Duquesa, Dona Julia, La Finca and Casres Golf Gardens are with five minutes drive. Sotogrande Reserva, San Roque and Valderrama and dozens more are within 15 minutes. Forty minutes will take you to trendy Tarifa the European capital of kite surfing - you gotta see it! Rustic Ronda is also 40 minutes away and definitely worth the drive.

The apartment is furnished to the highest standard and is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Some things you might not expect include: hairdryer, curling tongs, casserole dishes, sharp knives, a Spanish cook book, an iPod player, DVD's, books, games, bat and ball etc Also, 4 sets of quality golf clubs are there for your use. This could save a group of four golfers £120 on airline charges. Please enjoy them but look after them. A whopping 70% of the complex is landscaped gardens making this a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The apartment and complex is disabled friendly with ramps; lift access from car park to outside the front door; and disabled hoists at the swimming pools. Smoking is strictly not permitted in the apartment, but I have no problem with smoking on the balcony

Should you require more than one apartment, I have a partnership with another excellent apartment on the complex just metres from my apartment. Please just request this additional accommodation and I will check availability.

Golf Information:

4 sets of quality golf clubs including Taylor made and Callaway are available free for the use of guests during their stay. 2 courses are within walking distance including La Finca Cortesin, a championship course designed by Cabell B Robinson and a very interesting 9 hole course across the road. Sotogrande, Valderamma and San Roque are less than 15 minutes away. There are over 30 courses within half an hour of the apartment.

Just got back from Spain. No problems at all with the apartment, finding it etc and we were very comfortable. We're looking forward to our next time out there. You asked me if there was anything we could suggest to help improve a persons stay. As it is so well fitted out it might seen picky to say anything at all.
