  • Above rental rates are applicable for short-stay holiday makers up to 4 weeks. However long-term holiday makers are welcome and should indicate their intentions at the time of booking inorder to get special rental rates quotations.
    NB.Changing-over days at this property location are Thursdays and Saturdays.
  • Special Christmas/New Year special rates start from Euros 350 p/w subject to availability.
    A non refundable Booking deposit ( 25% of full rental fee ) is required to secure the holiday accommodation if made 2 months prior to departure. A balance of full rental fee must be paid two months prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 2 months full rental fee is required and only 50% of the total rental would be refunded if you cancel your booking.

Ski: Skii on the slopes of Granada mountains of Souther Spainwithin 45 minutes drive

Golf: The property is located near the famous Miraflores Mijas Golf course and club restaurant, near Calahonda marina and beaches. From Malaga international airport take Cadez/ Marbella Motorway. After Fuengirola 8km towards Marbella, look for Miraflores sign on your right and turn into the road signed posted Miraflores Supermarket and Golf Club . At the supermarket/ Restaurants turn into c/ Geranio road then left at a small round about into C/ Manuel Pinero road. The Orion building 1A apartment can be found round the corner after at a short road C/ sergio Garcia facing the community swimming pool and tennis court.
