Luxury south facing adjacent apartments with stunning views of the Mediterranean and close to beaches, golf courses, racecourse and the mountains. These first floor apartments are set in a small private development with two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. The large terrace overlooks well-kept gardens and the Mediterranean. Village of La Cala is five minutes away. Fuengirola is 5 minutes in the opposite direction with plenty of shops, an aquapark, restaurants, bars and clubs for socialising. Other cities within driving distance are Marbella, Malaga, Granada and Gibralter. Skiing in Sierra Nevada just a 3 hours drive away. There are superb golf courses at Mijas and La Cala. Picturesque villages such as Mijas and the town of Ronda (Roman) are nearby. Restaurants and supermarket are 5 minutes walk. This Apartment faces south, with the sun on the terrace most of the day. Access is via eight steps. The large main bedroom has twin beds and terrace doors to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bath and bidet. The second bedroom also has twin beds. The living room, which also opens onto the balcony, has one three seater couch, convertible to a comfortable double bed, and a two seater couch, TV and video with satellite TV reception, coffee table and sideboard. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs in this sizeable living room. The Kitchen is fitted with Electric hob and oven, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Washing machine and Dishwasher. The second bathroom is convenient to the second bedroom. There is a spacious terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and with direct view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The local village of La Cala with its sandy beaches and the shopping town of Fuengirola are five minutes drive in opposite directions. Golf courses and racecourse adjacent to apartment complex. Sierra Nevada mountains, for skiing in Winter and hiking in Summer, are approx 2 1/2 hours driving distance. Beautiful historical cities such as Granada, Ronda, Seville and Cordoba are all within driving distance and make for enjoy-full day trips, as do Gibraltor and a trip to North Africa.

Notes: This Apartment is finished to a high standard. The marble floors throughout lend a cooling atmosphere, while the spacious south-facing terrace is suitable for dining and sunning. The views are wonderful and the apartment is easily accessible with eight steps to the front door. Inside is all on one level. The air conditioning and heating extends to the bedrooms as well as the living room. We can arrange for a car and collection from the Airport.

Marbella Shopping: Marbella, the most upmarket city on the costa is within 30 minutes drive. There is excellent shopping and the boats in the harbour are awesome. This is the playground of the worlds richest. A new motorway links areas all along the coast

Torremolinos & Benalmadena: Torremolinos and Benalmadena are on the direct road, about 15 km. There is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, discos and markets in the area.

La Cala & El Faro: El Faro is the local village with about 10 restaurants & bars along with other shops. The sandy beach is nearby and there is excellent public transport all along the coast. La Cala is 3 km and is a lovely town with a large number os restaurants/ shops/ bars/ Supermarkets etc. Ther is a very popular market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and there is a very long sandy beach -- over 1km.

Golf: There are a large number of Golf Courses within easy reach. El Chaparral course is within walking distance and the several courses around La Cala are within 4km

My family and I stayed at these adjacent apartments for 2 weeks in September. I cannot recommend them enough. They are nicer than described and extremely spacious, modern and clean. Both have large balconies with sea views - great for lunch whilst watching the kids have fun in the pool! We have holidayed in the Costa del Sol many times and have never come across a development with so much space. Great location and peace & quiet.

The owner was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant.

I have recommended these apartments to friends who have already booked for later this year.

No shortage of bars and restaurants within walking distance too.

Much appreciated.

Hi there,

My wife, two kids and I had a fantastic family holiday at this apartment. We've visited this area of Spain many times before but without doubt we will be back to this apartment. The peace and quiet and was just what we needed to get away from it all. The kids had lots of space to play and loved the pool. Some lovely restaurants and bars just 5 mins walk away too. I recommend the Indian restaurant!

Apartment was spotless with everything we needed. Pools were lovely with plenty of space around them. Spent several afternoons on the beach. No problem with parking. Great spot. Looking going forward to going back soon.

highway noise

highway noises are very disturbing

The pool was very nice clean

The arpartment was very nice, big and spacious
Owner's Response: I am very surprised at this reference to traffic noise. I have never had this comment made before. The apartment is situated in a development overlooking the road and the shore, with a very steep embankement (fenced off) of about 15 to 20 m and traffic noise is reflected away from the development to sea.
The apartment is 350m away from this embankment and no traffic or shore noise can be heard whatever from within the apartment. There is a background hum of mixed sea-shore and traffic heard from the balcony. This is predominantly sea-shore hum and one would have to listen for it. I regret that this gentleman found it disturbing.

Wonderful holiday

My family and our friends have just returned from a 2 week stay at these adjacent apartments. We have all had a really great time, the apartments are as described and as shown in the pictures and are very clean and tidy. The whole complex is very well maintained. We stayed here for 2 weeks starting 4th August and at all times there was lots of space for sunbeds and parasols around both pool areas.
Good customer service prior to commencement of holiday, I would recommend these apartments to friends and family.
There is a beautiful restaurant called La Teja within walking distance this is definately worth a visit, you need to book, beautiful home cooked food. Also there is a fish and chip shop ran by an English couple who made fabulous chips!! it was called The Codfather!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate in booking these apartments again.
