This beautiful penthouse is set on the 5th floor, with lift, of a private enclosed holiday complex set in lovely manicured gardens within a few minutes walk of the beach. An exceptionally large private terrace offers truly amazing sea views towards North Africa and Gibraltar. The complex has two pools, together with a children’s pool, paddling pool, toilet area, aviary, gym and a poolside snack bar. You could not ask for better family facilities. The penthouse has two bedrooms, Master Bedroom large twin beds and 2nd Bedroom twin beds, + a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a main bathroom and second shower room. Linen and towels are provided. The lounge has satellite TV and a video recorder. The patio doors of the lounge lead out onto the huge terrace, with sun beds, umbrellas, and barbecue, which overlooks the sea as well as the beautiful gardens and pool. Marbella town and the millionaires port Puerto Banus with boutiques, restaurants and famous markets are only a 15 min drive away. Fuengirola with its shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, go karting and Aqua Park is just a 12 min drive along the sea front and the quaint and pretty mountain village of Mijas Pueblo, famous for its donkeys, winding narrow cobble streets and wonderful restaurants is a 12 min drive inland. Gibraltar, Ronda, Sevilla, Granada, Nerja, El Churro and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada as well as the marsh lands with flamingos and other bird life are but some of the places worth visiting and all are easily reached by car from the villa. For cultural visitors the highlights are the city of Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada. There are some of the highest mountains in Europe including Europe’s southern most skiing resort. Andalucia has something for everyone with its miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf courses and beaches along the rocky coast.

Notes: Contact owner for details on long term bookings during winter season. Although wheelchairs can gain access to the apartment via the lift it does depend on the width of the wheelchairs as to whether or not it can get through the front door, so please check with me as to the measurement of the door. There is a 32 inch flat screen T.V. with a DVD and CD player. Also various Books (novels mostly), and bucket and spade and balls for children. The very large terrace is a sun trap and is a favourite with our guests as it is very private and has fabulous views. There is no charge for high chair and travel cot. It·s ideal for the elderly and those with a slight disability, but you will need to be able to stand to get into the shower.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this apartment we found it a true home from home with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable and spacious The terrace was a perfect haven for some peace and relaxation not to mention a fantastic sun trap and the views of both the sea and the mountains were lovely
It is in an excellent position for exploring the area without the need for a car the bus stops are within a couple of minutes walk and have an excellent on time service the pools and gardens are well maintained and were peaceful
The beach is also very close
The shops and other amenities are within a couple of minutes walk and we enjoyed some lovely nights out
We will certainly be returning and would recommend a stay here

Owner's Response: Kerry and Naomi and their two daughters' recently stayed in our Penthouse, it was so nice to see this family make the most of the Penthouse and the facilities. They loved the Terrace and offered to water our plants, they said it made it feel even more like a "home from home". My husband and I were very happy when we saw that they had folded all the Laundry for us and washed most of the Towels which were hanging outside, they had also cleaned for us and kept it very nice. A lovely family and took advantage of everything on offer. They said they would be back, I hope so.

thanks for the beautyful stay in the Penthouse. We had a beauyful time and loved to come again in next summer. Great terrace with many plants and a super view to the sea, even to Gibraltar. The owners are very friendly and if you need any help they will do it. Even to buy a new coffee machine for German visitors. :)

Shop in walking distance of 2-3 minutes. Beach in reach of 5 minutes walk. Super restaurant nearby : LA Plaza!

Wonderful Apartment!

Had a fantastic fews days at this apartment. Owners were great, very helpful. I'd recomend this place to anyone, can be as chilled or as hectic as you want it to be but the facilities are second to none.

Will definitely try to go back :-)

a fantastic property superbly maintained with some stunning views.the owners of the property were fantastic and offered their assistance on any matters we had.i have now been to this property on two occasions and have again booked for 2009.there is plenty to do on an evening without the use of a car with plenty of restaurants within a five minute walk.the two pools on the site are excellent with sun beds a plenty and a lifeguard to boot.for those who prefer the beach there is an underpass directly to it only a two minute walk away.there is a large supermarket to stock up on many cheap beers and wines to relax with on a huge balcony area which also has its own bbq, two tables and plenty of chairs and sunbeds.i played plenty of golf while i was on holiday and the reception offered discounts at several courses. although this property is privatley owned i was very surprised to find that we could also use the clubs transport which offers free lifts to cabopino beach,and also visits their other resorts at marbella and calahonda,they even take you to lidl if you require to fetch your shopping.i cannot recomend this property enough and what makes the holiday even more special is the the standard of the penthouse.
