This beautifully furnished spacious first floor apartment is set within a secure gated community overlooking the Miraflores Golf Course. Surrounded by tropical gardens, it has a shared swimming pool, smaller kiddies pool and sauna. Underground parking is accessed via lifts and stairs to all floors. Two twin bedded rooms plus one double bedded room will sleep six people in comfort without needing to convert sofas etc. The fully equipped kitchen will satisfy all requirements. Also provided is Freeview Satellite TV and CD Player. The large terrace directly overlooks the 6th fairway of Miraflores Golf Course and is perfect for 'alfresco' dining or just relaxing with a Sangria!! The nearest beach and shops are only a few minutes by car or a few more minutes on foot. Riviera del Sol is in the heart of the Costa del Sol and all it has to offer. Marbella 15 mins, Fuengirola 10 mins, Malaga 25 minutes, Gibralter 45 mins, Puerto Banus with it's 'Jetset' lifestyle only 20 minutes away.

This superb new apartment is located on the Riviera del sol urbanisation and overlooks the Miraflores Golf Course. It is approximately 5 mins off of the A7 (N340) road which provides easy access to Marbella and Fuengirola (approx 10 min drive in either direction) 25 mins from Malaga Airport. There are many beaches within easy reach including Cabopino which is 5 mins away. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and medical facilities within easy reach (some within walking distance)

Additional services: Our local agent is available to deal with any additional requirements i.e. airport transfers, welcome pack, additional maid services etc. These can be discussed, and costs agreed, when booking. Included within the rental charges :- Clean bed linen and towels will be provided at the end of each week. One basic mans set of golf equipment and one basic ladies set of golf equipment is available in the apartment for our guests' own use.

Beaches: One of the nicest beaches locally is Cabopino beach which has many sun beds and parasols, beach bars and restaurants all situated around a very pretty marina - lovely to go to at night as well! (Approx 3 km) There is a good beach at Riviera del Sol within walking distance (approx 25 min walk) The beaches at Marbella and Fuengirola are only a short drive away.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days this Easter, and were extremely impressed with the apartment and the level of comfort it provides. The hand written directions to local towns such as Marbella, Benalmadena and Puerto Banus were a great touch, and certainly places I would recommend a visit to. We loved the fully functional kitchen, which meant it was as easy to eat in as go out, and we also enjoyed having a selection of restaurants in walking distance, like Max's beach bar. The area was very friendly, and we would definitely like to come back when the weather is warmer, to try out the communal pool and local water park. The apartment has a real home from home feel, and makes for a very enjoyable holiday or short break. We will definitely come back and would be happy to bring our friends along.

Our holiday in Mijas Costa was Fantastic.

We found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and very well equipped, exactly as described in the advert.

We were met by Sue and Simon, who were helpful and very nice. We didn’t need emergency assistance during our stay, but it was a comfort to know they were available to help.

The terrace is wonderful. Watching golfers trundle past periodically makes for perfect dining or just relaxing.

While there are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, a hire car is definitely an advantage, as it unlocks so many places to visit. Our favourite places were ‘Benalmadina Harbour’, Marbella ‘Old town’, and the beach at Cabopino.

We look forward to our next visit and to explore further. Perhaps a day trip to Tangiers (Africa).
