This beautiful, new, 1st floor luxury apartment sits high on a hill overlooking the stunning Miraflores Golf, yet only minutes from the beach. With its large terrace balcony overlooking the pool, all surrounded by palm trees, The apartment comfortably sleeps 4. The master bedroom opens up on to the terrace, fully fitted en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi. The complex is gated and consists of a large swimming pool, Gymnasium, sauna and changing facilities downstairs there also is a private secure underground parking. ALSO INCLUSIVE OF UNLIMITED INTERNET ACCESS SO YOU CAN CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND SURF THE NET FROM YOUR OWN APARTMENT! Club house is situated within a 5 min walk. It also offers great food at a very competitive price. Please note: Interior photos will be added shortly.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking deposit of 50% UPON BOOKING (which is non refundable in case of any cancellations)
    Balance to be paid four weeks prior to arrival. An inventory and breakage deposit of £150.00 is normally payable on arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages on departure. Arrangements can be made to be met by the agent at the Airport who will provide transportation to the apartment for 40 euros.
    90 euros payable on key collection which is non refundable. Additional rates are payable for Easter.

This is a superb apartment, that is situated on a well kept golf course, and has panoramic views. It is centraly located and all the main attractions on the costa del sol is so easily accessible. The apartment itself i found to be quite luxurious and has everything one needs. Defineitly comes highly recommended.
