It is one of just 48 luxury apartments in a gated complex with private, secure, underground parking and a gymnasium with ladies and gents saunas adjacent to the large infinity swimming pool set in beautiful Tropical Mediterranean gardens. Both the lounge and bedroom open on to a spacious sun terrace balcony which enjoys spectacular views over the swimming pool and golf course. For beach lovers, the sea is only minutes away, whilst for keen golfers, the Miraflores club house is just around the corner. The club house restaurant offers both English and Spanish food at very competitive prices. The local supermarket can be seen just across the golf course together with a few small shops and restaurants. There are more supermarkets, shops and restaurants just across the road from our local beach at Riviera del Sol.

Charming mountain village of Mijas only 20 minutes away. Delightful historic town of Ronda is a 60 minute drive across the Sierras. Malaga airport is about 30 minutes.

    Please read these rental terms and conditons , it is very important that your understand what you are paying for. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival, full prepayment is required at time of booking. A £100 security deposit is payable on arrival ( we can except sterling or euros) and refundable on departure after safe return of keys, subject to their being no damage to the property or contents on . You will be required to pay the agent a 10 euro fee to meet you with the keys this fee is based on your arrival before 9pm , arrivals after 9pm will incur an additional 10 euros, and 10 euros on the return of the keys when you vacate. You are required to vacate at 10.30am on your day of departure .



    We also accept payment in Euros.
  • Unfortunately any booking of less than 7 DAYS will incurr a surcharge of 55euros to cover the cost of the cleaning of the laundry and apartment , this fee is payable when payment is made for the booking.

La Rinconada: La Rinconada perched overlooking the Famous Miraflores Golf course is well known as being a top quality residental and holiday home urbanization, with secure underground parking and security partroling all through the night you can be sure your in safe surroundings. The tropical gardens and the pool along with the rest of the community is maintained to a high standard , as you will see from the reviews, after 3 successful years , we are proud that our clients choose to return . The ubanization also boast,s a gymnasium , women and gents saunas, with showers and toilets. The elevators supply all floors from garage to 3rd. sun loungers and parasols decorate the pool area and are for the use of residents and holiday makers, a place to relax and enjoy , a quiet calming place with shops bars and resturants all with in walking distance . If you are adventurous fuengirola ( 15mins) is to the east and marbella( 20mins) to west , which can be reached by the local bus service or taxi .

Golf: The golf club house Miraflores is just along the road - less than 5 minutes walk from La Rinconada which sits on right on the edge of the golf course looking over the 12th hole. The apartment enjoys superb views of the golf course as it sweeps down the valley and back up towards the 18th hole outside the club house. The driving range can be reached by car or a further 10 mins walk , their is also bunkers bar on the range for drinks and food.The apartment is an ideal base for golfers and holidaymakers , with an array of golf courses all within 10 to 20 min drive ,sandy beaches for those who want to relax and places of interest for you sightseers, day trips to Granada to see the famous Alambra Palace to the east or a trip on the ferry to morroco to visit Tanjiers , a trip to Puerto Banus for some of the best shops along the costa. You,ll feel at home and relaxed at La rinconada however you choose to spend your time.

A lovely apartment with a great view.

We stayed with friends for the first 2 weeks in the Costa del Sol and had not made any arrangements for a further 16 days prior to arriving. We were given to understand that there were many vacancies and that there should be no problem finding an apartment.

Unfortunately many owners that the economy is in the dumps and that people are looking for quality apartments at reasonable prices and not substandard units at high prices for short stays. We were very fortunate to come across this apartment 3 days before our friends left to return home putting us in a very unaffordable hotel room.

The owner, Terry, bent over backwards to help us complete the necessary arrangements before moving into the apartment. We were very pleasently surprised when we entered the unit as it was a perfect place to spend our last weeks in Spain. The size is ideal for 2 people and the furniture was almost new and in very good shape. The kitchen was a bit on the small side but very functional. The only things missing were a small microwave oven to reheat things and some sort of drip coffee maker for us North Americans who love fresh brewed coffee.

The view from the large balcony was beautiful and we spent many hours there sunning our selves shielded from a cool breeze.

There is a grocery store, a hardware store, an internet cafe and a few restaurants located directly across the golf course and about a 15 minute vigorous walk away from the apartment. The golf club also has a restaurant. Unfortunately, it is a 3 km walk up and down hills to get to the very good public transportation system and a car is a necessity if one likes to visit.

We highly recommend this wonderful accommodation.

THIS IS A LOVELY APARTMENT IDEAL FOR A COUPLE.GREAT POOL AND GARDENS IN A QUIET SETTING.LARGE BALCONY TO ENJOY THE RELAXING
ATMOSPHERE WITH A GLASS OR TWO OF SPANISH
WINE.JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY FROM A LOCAL
SHOPPING CENTRE WITH NICE RESTAURANTS.WE ENJOYED OUR HOLIDAY HERE SO MUCH IN 2007 THAT WE HAVE BOOKED AGAIN FOR THIS SUMMER.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Lovely Apartment

I stayed in this apartment for a week and thoroughly the enjoyed the experience. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and very comfortable. The pool and pool area are in excellent condition also. Within walking distance there are a number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. I would have no hesitation in staying at this property again.

Just what we were looking for.

The luxury apartment at Miraflores was just what we wanted for a relaxing weeks break as it had it all.
It was spacious and very well equipped with fine views over looking the well manicured gardens and swimming pool.
The balcony was large, enabling us to enjoy pre diner drinks/snacks and alfresco dinning.
The fact that we had been to the area before we dined in every day as the kitchen was fully equipped to cater for the most disconserting guest.
Every where in and around the apartmrnt was clean and kept very tidy.
The owner's Terry and Jeanette were very helpful at all times and the information supplied to us and in the apartment was both useful and informative.
In fact to coin a phrase "It did for us exactly what it said in the information"
Certainly an apartment to recommend.

La Rinconada Miraflores Golf

We have stayed at the apartment on three occasions and hope to stay again this year. It is very comfortaqble and the decor is of a high standard. We have always found it to be clean and well maintained. The location is excellent with views over the golf course. The swimming pool area and gardens are well maintained .However, there are only a few sunbeds. Although there are a few restaurants withtin walking distance ,a car is recommended to provide more choice. If you are keen golfers, there are some excellent golf courses in the area. The garage parking is a bonus and the lift is useful for anyone with walking difficulties. We would recommend the apartment for more mature adults as there may not be enough to do for younger people, particularly if they haven't a car.
