Additional information about rental rates

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival, full prepayment is required at time of booking. A £100 security deposit is payable prior to arrival and refundable after safe return of keys, subject to their being no damage to the property or contents on departure.
  
  Weekly rates include the equivalent of £10 of electricity. Meter readings taken before and after your stay will determine any excess charges.
  
  We also accept payment in Euros.
  
• Any booking of less than 7 days duration may incurr a £50 surcharge to cover the cost of cleaning.
  
  Reductions available for longer term rentals - POA.

A lovely apartment with a great view.

We stayed with friends for the first 2 weeks in the Costa del Sol and had not made any arrangements for a further 16 days prior to arriving. We were given to understand that there were many vacancies and that there should be no problem finding an apartment.

Unfortunately many owners that the economy is in the dumps and that people are looking for quality apartments at reasonable prices and not substandard units at high prices for short stays. We were very fortunate to come across this apartment 3 days before our friends left to return home putting us in a very unaffordable hotel room.

The owner, Terry, bent over backwards to help us complete the necessary arrangements before moving into the apartment. We were very pleasently surprised when we entered the unit as it was a perfect place to spend our last weeks in Spain. The size is ideal for 2 people and the furniture was almost new and in very good shape. The kitchen was a bit on the small side but very functional. The only things missing were a small microwave oven to reheat things and some sort of drip coffee maker for us North Americans who love fresh brewed coffee.

The view from the large balcony was beautiful and we spent many hours there sunning our selves shielded from a cool breeze.

There is a grocery store, a hardware store, an internet cafe and a few restaurants located directly across the golf course and about a 15 minute vigorous walk away from the apartment. The golf club also has a restaurant. Unfortunately, it is a 3 km walk up and down hills to get to the very good public transportation system and a car is a necessity if one likes to visit.

We highly recommend this wonderful accommodation.

PARADISE IN SPAIN

THIS IS A LOVELY APARTMENT IDEAL FOR A COUPLE.GREAT POOL AND GARDENS IN A QUIET SETTING.LARGE BALCONY TO ENJOY THE RELAXING
ATMOSPHERE WITH A GLASS OR TWO OF SPANISH
WINE.JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY FROM A LOCAL
SHOPPING CENTRE WITH NICE RESTAURANTS.WE ENJOYED OUR HOLIDAY HERE SO MUCH IN 2007 THAT WE HAVE BOOKED AGAIN FOR THIS SUMMER.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Lovely Apartment

I stayed in this apartment for a week and thoroughly the enjoyed the experience. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and very comfortable. The pool and pool area are in excellent condition also. Within walking distance there are a number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. I would have no hesitation in staying at this property again.

Just what we were looking for.

The luxury apartment at Miraflores was just what we wanted for a relaxing weeks break as it had it all.
It was spacious and very well equipped with fine views over looking the well manicured gardens and swimming pool.
The balcony was large, enabling us to enjoy pre diner drinks/snacks and alfresco dinning.
The fact that we had been to the area before we dined in every day as the kitchen was fully equipped to cater for the most disconserting guest.
Every where in and around the apartmrnt was clean and kept very tidy.
The owner's Terry and Jeanette were very helpful at all times and the information supplied to us and in the apartment was both useful and informative.
In fact to coin a phrase "It did for us exactly what it said in the information"
Certainly an apartment to recommend.

La Rinconada Miraflores Golf

We have stayed at the apartment on three occasions and hope to stay again this year. It is very comfortaqble and the decor is of a high standard. We have always found it to be clean and well maintained. The location is excellent with views over the golf course. The swimming pool area and gardens are well maintained .However, there are only a few sunbeds. Although there are a few restaurants withtin walking distance ,a car is recommended to provide more choice. If you are keen golfers, there are some excellent golf courses in the area. The garage parking is a bonus and the lift is useful for anyone with walking difficulties. We would recommend the apartment for more mature adults as there may not be enough to do for younger people, particularly if they haven't a car.
