Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival, full prepayment is required at time of booking. A £50 security deposit is payable prior to arrival and refundable after safe return of keys, subject to their being no damage to the property or contents on departure.
  
• Any booking of less than 7 days duration may incurr a £50 surcharge to cover the cost of cleaning.

Golf Information:

The golf club house Miraflores is just along the road - less than 5 minutes walk from La Rinconada which sits on right on the edge of the golf course looking over the 12th hole. The apartment enjoys superb views of the golf course as it sweeps down the valley and back up towards the 18th hole outside the club house.
