Apartments are newly decorated . The garden has a covered terrace and open patios with outdoor BBQ and a fantastic swimming pool. The garden apartments are ideal for families with children or friends who want to holiday together,have their own space and private swimming pool. Both apartments are completely self contained and safe.Ideally situated as only a short drive into town and the beach, yet in a quiet area to chill out away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the resort. Numerous restaurants and bars to choose from to suit every taste and pocket plus the usual markets, attractions and nightlife. Great for golfers as 18 top golf courses within easy driving distance. You are renting the whole garden level of a detached villa -giving a total of four bedrooms. This is just perfect for a large family or friends who want to holiday together and have their own space as the ground floor is laid out in two seperate self contained, two bedroomed units. Very safe for children as the garden is enclosed within high walls and the gates are always locked - you have the keys. The swimming pool and garden are for the sole use of the apartments - usually you have to share the outside space and swimming pool with lots of other people and families, so enjoy the experience of your own private pool and garden - enjoy a BBQ - and know your family are completely safe within

Fuengirola has the biggest street market on the Costa Del Sol.   • 20% deposit required on booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
    A £300 security deposit is required with final balance payment and will be returned to you - minus any charges for breakages and / or accidental damage within 7 days of your return.
    IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE TO PAY IN EUROS
    Arrivals between 3.00.p.m. and 8.00.p.m. - Parties arriving after 8.00.p.m. have a surcharge of £70.
    Departures before 10.00.a.m. ( sometimes departures after 10.00.a.m. are possible - please inquire - there will be a surcharge of one day's rental if it is possible
    For apartments booked with less than 6 weeks before departure - the whole amount is payable on booking. - The rental rate above is for up tp 8 persons sharing the apartments - there will be an extra charge of 15% for a ninth person sharing the accommodation. PLEASE ASK FOR WEEKLY RATES BETWEEN NOVEMBER AND MARCH .
  • For bookings of two weeks duration there is a discount of 5% on the second week.
    These discounts are for bookings between October and May only and exclude Xmas , New Year and Winter Special packages - PLease inquire for weekly rates during the Winter Special Period -
    *** Please ask for a quote for bookings of over two weeks duration *** I will try my best to accommodate a flexible date with arrivals / changeover - usually this is only possible outside of July and August when the changeover is a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Cot hire is available at £15 per week - ( own cots are not permitted) - High chair to hire at £10 per week -
    £30 per apartment is retained from your security deposit to cover the cleaning and laundry charges - if it is necessary fior the cleaner to spend more than 2 hours cleaning each apartment you will be charged £10 per hour extra .

Smoking is permitted in the garden. - Sheets are supplied but please bring your own towells The covered pool terrace has cane lounge furniture and an outside fridge to keep your drinks chilled by the pool. There is an outside shower by the pool and an outside WC so you don't have to go into the apartment with wet feet!.(can be dangerous). There are also outside dining tables for eating AL fresco in the garden and a large BBQ area. Sun loungers / chairs are in the garden for the use of all guests. Blue / Beige Apartments

I stayed at the blue apartment Summer 2006 and the beige apartment April 2008.



The first visit was myself, along with son, daughter and daughter’s friend. The second visit just myself and a friend.



On each occasion I found the apartments to be immaculately clean and well kept with everything you could want in terms of equipment and furnishing.



The pool and gardens were a particular delight, both for spending a relaxing full day in the sun and water and as a welcome respite after a day exploring the area. Pool and gardens were again extremely well kept and clean, both being maintained on a regular basis by professionals.



Villa and apartments were conveniently located within easy access to beach and local attractions. Mijas Village (fantastic), Fuengirola and Marbella are close by as are wildlife parks and the aqua park. The amusement park at Tivoli World is a little further away but there are great transport links if you don’t drive on the other side of the road. At the end of a busy day you return to a quiet residential location. Great for chilling out from the hustle and bustle in the evenings and relaxing on the poolside covered terrace.



The welcoming owners were always available without being obtrusive and happy to help with information and advice on everything from where to go to car hire to cooking tips. If they didn’t know the answer they always seemed to have a brochure or leaflet that did !!



All types of shopping were within easy reach. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance and several large supermarkets / shopping centres only a few minutes drive away.



All in all Two marvellous holidays at the same place and hoping to go back this year, availability permitting.

Fantastic family getaway

The welcome was second to none. The owners went out of their way to help with everything from the pre booking questions to sourcing spealist food items for our son, including getting shopping for us to provide a hassle free start to our holiday.

Directions clear and pick up/drop off airport service was also available.

This is the first time my family had stayed in a villa in a residental area and it was lovely. The Location was great. Quiet, yet walking distance to resturant, shops near by (not that the kids wanted to leave the pool!)

The description and photos of properties where accurate. The villa s where very clean and our little babies cot was laid out with beautiful bedding.

We went as a family of 6 and Nan and Grandad, so the two villas allowed us to holiday togeather with that little bit of space if needed.

We spent most of our time within the safety of the villa which was totally contained and secure for the kids.

On the pictures you will see a lovely veranda, which nan and grandad loved to seat and watch as the grand kids had loads of fun with the pool all to them self.

There was loads of space around the villa for having relaxed family lunches etc.. and for the kids to play.

To sum up a fantastic place and location, ideal I feel for familys large and small, or friends. 5* customer service.

It does have couple of steps, but my son has disabilites and it was fine for him.

We rented in September 2006, 2007 and 2008 and I can't see us wanting to look elsewhere.

The apartments are extremely well equipped and comfortable although you'll hardly spend anytime inside as the weather is excellent and the garden and pool area ideal for relaxing in. We have taken full advantage of the pool,which is cleaned by a professional at least once a week, (my girls have learnt to swim here) and the barbecue, inviting Spanish friends who live locally for memorable afternoons.

The owners are fantastic. They are discretely on hand and eager to help with information about local places of interest as they have a great stock of brochures and leaflets of things for all the family. We've visited wildlife parks, fun fairs, aqua parks, the village of Mijas, Marbella, all within 20-30 minutes of the apartments.

The house and apartments are in a secluded cul de sac so when the kids are asleep the adults can chill under the porch having a beer kept cool in the very handy mini-fridge.

For stocking up for the stay there are 5 or 6 good supermarkets 5 minutes drive from the apartments , including the Corte Ingles department store.

For fresh bread there's a baker's and small set of shops 2 minutes away with chemist's, take away pizza, bar, newsagent with English papers, and a very good restaurant for a first or last night of the holiday when you don't feel like doing the cooking and washing-up.


I recommend renting both apartments as the situation is ideal for extended families .My dad joined us for the last two years so that three generations could enjoy it together.

Both apartments are also great to rent individually but if it's hard enough curbing your own kids' enthusiasm, try telling a stranger's kids off and sharing the garden and pool with them afterwards...!
