This superb new Southerly orientated 2 bed 2 bath, garden apartment is located in a prime position overlooking the well known 18 Hole Miraflores Golf course, and is only a 100 m walk to the Clubhouse, which is one of the finest places to relax and unwind where visitors can enjoy gourmet food throughout the day at very reasonable rates. This luxurious apartment can sleep 4 people and is furnished to a very high standard. It enjoys 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with Jacuzzi, air conditioning and heating, a fabulous entertaining terrace of 35 m2 and a small private garden. There is also a videophone entry system, 24 hr CCTV guarded entrance and underground private parking space. The lush sub-tropical gardens surrounded by the water features and fountains and large communal swimming pool with floodlit walkways at night, make this setting very unique. The apartment is suitable for families, golfing groups, elderly and disabled as the apartment has good wheelchair access and lift.

Location & Surrounding Areas: There are several shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Regular live entertainment is also hosted in the area and many local attractions and activities ensure that visitors have plenty to do from scuba diving, wind surfing, sailing, horse riding, visiting one of many theme parks such as the Sea Life centre in Benalmadena, Selwo Safari Park in Estepona, Fuengirola Zoo, Water slide parks, gymnasiums and health spas to just chilling with your Tapas and Sangria at a beach side chiringuito.

Airport Transfers: The apartment is an easy 35-minute drive from the airport. Arrangements can be made if you wish, to either pick you up at the airport, taking you directly to the apartment, or to have a car left for you to collect.

Golf: With over 60 golf courses in the province of Malaga (more than any other province in Spain) more than 30 of these are to be found in the 'Costa del Golf' area. We had a two week holiday here in August 2009. The apartment is everything you could ask for. Gorgeous interior with all the mod cons you need. Ideally situated next to the pool with its own private terrace and garden, ideal for letting the children play whilst you sit and relax.

Although we would recommend car hire, there are a few shops and restaurants approx 15/20 mins walk away or the golf club 5 mins.

Owners were incredibly helpful from initial booking and throughout the holiday. All in all a lovely apartment in great surroundings which I would recommend to all.

Wonderful well appionted apartment, in pleasant surroundings, suitable for all ages and family's.
The apartment contained everything required for a relaxing stress free holiday, with pool, gym literally outside your door.
We loved every minute from the welcome "hola" by the owners on arrival, to the friendly "adios" on departure.
Highly recomended to all.

My family and I had a great holiday here in July 2007. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated with a super terrace and its own little garden. The pool is lovely and quiet, it almost feels like your own pool; it's so close. Great to have an underground parking space - car was nice and cool!
There are a few good restaurants close by and we also enjoyed nice meals in La Cala and Cabopino. A car is necessary but allows you to have some good days out to Gibralter, Puerto Banus and an evening at the horse racing! Very relaxing.
