This superb apartment is situated on the established Sitio del golf complex within Mijas Golf. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With the addition of a sofa bed this lovely Spanish apartment offers a 6 person family the ideal option. We can also cater for babies and small children. The complex has several pools and is on top of 2 world class golf courses and importantly is ideally situated to explore the entire Costa del Sol - whether you are golfing, sun seeking or activity based. The complex is very relaxing and the pools rarely get busy. The whole area is kept extremely clean and well maintained. You have great views over the golf course and the Pool area offers some shade from the sun. The Sea is only a 10 min drive away, there is a great water park nearby, great shopping in the local shopping centre, Mijas Town is high up the Mountain and is well worth visiting . The casino at puerto banus is only a 25 minute drive and all the glamour that goes with it spoil yourself!

The beaches of Fuengirola are close by and the quieter beach at La Cala is only a short drive away. The Aqua Park is also a 5min drive away. Mijas Town is about a 20min drive up through the Mountains and is very rewarding when you reach the top - fantastic views. With the Sierra Nevada close by you can enjoy the slopes in the morning and be sipping cocktails in the afternoon. If golf is your thing, then you are spoilt with the olivos and lagos courses plus a central location sees you no more than 25min from all the major courses on the coastline. Fuengirola has carried extensive refurbishment and has an excellent choice of restaurants but you are only a short drive away from the bustling Benalmadena or a romantic meal at Cabapinos 'alberts' down by the harbour. The cosmopolitan Puerto Banus and Marbella are 25min down the n340. Malaga itself is only 25 min away and has a variety of leisure activities going on and further round the coast you have Nerja. Spoilt for choice!

The lounge has a good size Sofa Bed - approximately 1 year old. We can also supply cots if needed for the smaller family members.

Notes: The Kitchen is well equipped with cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, ironing board and iron. The Kitchen is a separate room from the rest of the apartment. There is a table and chairs on the rear patio looking out on the pools. Beach chairs or chairs for around the pool are situated in the bedroom wardrobes. The lounge has satellite TV, marble floors, dining area with table and chairs, patio doors leading to balcony overlooking the pools and the Mijas mountains in the distance. You also have views of the mijas lagos golf course from the balcony. The swimming pools have both adult and children areas and whilst the children are splashing around mum can chill by the pool whilst dad watches the golfers coming down the 16th. The apartment will be cleaned and ready for you on your day of arrival and bath towels are provided. Guests staying for more than 1 week will receive fresh sheets. We are situated 25min drive away from Malaga Airport.

Change over day: Change over day is mainly on a Saturday, but depending on the time of the year this can be flexible.

Outside: There is an abundance of pools with the younger children catered for. Please note that between May and October there is lifeguard cover. Just next to the complex is the renowned Tamisa golf hotel which has an excellent restaurant for you to treat yourself or just sit out on the patio with a cocktail and watch the sun go down. There is a selection of restaurants within walking distance that cater for all tastes. A small shop is located about 5 mins walk where the basics can be purchased including papers, 5min further down the road you have several supermarkets offering value for money.

Golf: The complex sits on Mijas Golf with the lagos and olivos golf courses. The lagos with its lakes is a stern test for any golfer and the olivos has many a tree in the right position to redirect your ball. More importantly it has an ideal position to explore all the other courses hugging the coastline and the Mountains. If you need any further information on using the Golf Courses, then please contact us for more information. Having used the area on several occasions we have lots of recommendations or we have an agency that we use to get great deals on all the local courses details of our contact is available on request. The peak time for golf in Spain tends to be between October and march which is when the course charges are at there highest with substantial discounts available during the other months.
