Puerto de la Duquesa is located between two great tourist centres of Marbella and Sotogrande and is the Costa del Sol's best kept-kept secret, located within easy reach of the airports of Malaga (50mins) or Gibraltar (30mins). Local shops & a highly recommended restaurant (Red) are within a 5min walk, a stroll down to the marina/beaches will take approx 15mins. The marina is flanked with fine sands and clean and crystalline water beaches which have been awarded with the European Blue flag status. For golfers there is the Robert Trent designed Duquesa golf and country club which boasts an 18-hole course, which features wonderful sea and mountain views, 3 tennis courts, snooker & covered swimming pool. Notes to the rental rates

We ask for a £50 (€65) non-refundable deposit to secure the accommodation, the balance is due around 8 weeks before your planned departure. The apartment will be professionally cleaned and fully prepared before your arrival. All bed linen, luxury bath/hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc.. are provided, just bring beach/pool towels. Cleaning on your departure is also included in your rental. Travel cot hire, a 'Meet & Greet' service, welcome grocery pack or mid stay clean/linen change can be provided by our local managing agent for a small additional cost, for further details/costs please enquire at time of booking

We boast total flexibility on changeover days and length of stay (subject to availability) to suit your travel plans, arrive/depart mid week or at the weekend, this policy gives you the opportunity to secure the best deal on your flight bookings. We also do not ask for a security deposit.

We can highly recommend a Malaga airport based car hire company that provide an excellent 'Meet and Greet' service at the airport arrivals (with no queuing to pickup your car) and will meet you again for your departure, they have a good selection of quality cars and we have negotiated highly competitive rates for all our clients, full contact details will be provided on request.

We also have good local contacts for discounted green fees, golf tuition, water sports, scuba diving, deep sea & game fishing, 4x4 Safari, 3000ft Mountain Bike descent, whale & dolphin safari, quad bike tours, kite surfing, boat charter and much much more, full details on request.

Andalucia is the home of over 60 Golf courses and with over 30 of these located on the Costa del Sol, the local area has become known as the 'Costa del Golf'. This region boasts an excellent climate and long hours of sunshine which offers year round ideal conditions for a round of golf. With Duquesa fast becoming a favorite with golfers due to the close proximity of some of Europe's finest golf courses, combined with the beautiful setting of Puerto de la Duquesa you have the ideal location. Our local course which boasts an excellent country club is a championship 18 hole Robert Trent Jones designed course which winds it way around the El Hacho beacon hill with stunning views of the Mediterranean, Mountains and across to North Africa / Gibraltar. Other courses that are within 30 minutes drive from Duquesa are: Valderrama, San Roque, Sotogrande, Alcaidesa & Estepona to name but a few. You will also find local golf magazines in our apartment which we hope you will find of interest.
