Enjoy our sunny, south and west facing garden apartment in this quiet, gated development with landscaped gardens and communal pool, 300 metres from the beach and 5 minutes from Duquesa golf course. No expense has been spared to create this very special retreat where you can relax and recharge in luxurious surroundings. With 3 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom to master plus a separate family bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen and a light and spacious living/dining room our property is perfect for families and golfers alike. Washing machine/drier, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, full oven and hob. Large flat-screen TV with SKY satellite TV, DVD/CD player, a selection of CD's, DVDs and board games. Pool toys, beach chairs, ground sheet, cool box for your use at the beach. Open fireplace in the living area for cosy evenings in the cooler months.

The apartment is located in Jardines de Manilva, a small residential development just across the road from the beach. A five minute walk along the beach brings you to Castillo de la Duquesa with its chiringuitos (beach bars) and fish restaurants. The delightful port of Duquesa, 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk, has a wide selection of bars and restaurants, a marina and access to boat rental and water sports. For golfers Duquesa golf course is almost next door, Sotogrande and Valderama 10 minutes by car, San Roque 15 minutes and there are at some 40 other courses within half-an-hour's drive at Estepona and Marbella. For children there's a water park and safari park nearby (open summer). Gibraltar is 20 minutes away and provides some great duty-free shopping along with the sights. With easy access to Ronda and the 'white villages' of Andalucia, Jardines de Manilva makes an ideal base for sight-seeing, shopping in Marbella or Puerto Banus - or just lazing around the pool and beach

Notes: The apartment has been beautifully furnished as a luxury home. Linen, towels and also BEACH TOWELS are provided and milk & bottled water will be in the fridge for your arrival. There are some pool toys in the cupboards and beach chairs, a sun umbrella, groundsheet & cool box for picnics on the beach. Large flat-screen TV with SKY satellite TV, a selection of DVDs, Cd's and boxed games in the living area which has an open fire and a separate heater. Each bedroom has a low-wattage panel heater. Dining table & chairs for 6 on the terrace and sun loungers & parasol. We kindly request no smoking inside the apartment but it is fine on the terrace.

Shopping: There is a petrol station just around the corner from Jardines de Manilva which sells basics. There are two supermarkets a couple of minutes drive away and the town of Sabinillas is a five minute drive and has supermarkets, a chemist, post office, medical centres, dentists and lots of restaurants. Just before Sabinillas is the port of Duquesa with dozens of restaurants and bars and a small supermarket. Estepona is 10 miles away and is bustling with shops and restaurants. There is a Carrefour hypermarket at the other side of Estepona. Puerto Banus and Marbella are half-an hour away.

Golf: Duquesa Golf course 5 minutes drive; Alcaidesa, Valderama and other Sotogrande courses 10 mins; San Roque 15 mins; Estepona 10 mins. Forty or so other courses within 30 mins drive.

A really great house!

We have travelled for nearly a year through 15 countries and this is the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. It was a very quiet, spacious and immaculately clean house with comfortable beds and every facility needed including the satellite package we could watch on a normal size TV (Not a small portable like many houses)

With a garden, pool and easy access to the countryside/beaches its a great holiday home for everybody .

An excellent luxury apartment in a quiet private and secure condominium with a good size swimming pool and across the road from the beach.
A very modern decorated apartment , neat and well maintained with a super garden where one can relax or enjoy a BBQ.
Well situated , near supermarkets, shopping centre, petrol station, restaurants and various golf courses.
Highly recomended.

We have just been in this excellent apartment for 2 weeks and this was a great holiday. The property was very clean and the service from the owner was in top. One day we spendt in Furengirola 3 hours in the Croc Park, and next the Croc Park are Aquapark. The kids in the car, and drive along the coast to Furengirola and spendt a day in this 2 parks. The Port in Duquesa is full of life, and some great restaurants.
