This beautiful 2 bed apartment is situated in the popular complex of Marina Duquesa. With 4 swimming pools, beach access, a small fitness room and paddle tennis courts as well as sunbathing areas this is the perfect holiday location. Now with internet wi-fi and phone for local and incoming calls. The apartment has underground secure parking, air conditioning, safe and is well equipped for your holiday. Many individuals and families have enjoyed a wonderful holiday here and in fact we have had some lovely comments left in the apartment so I don't think you will be disappointed. We meet you at the apartment and show you around and can even put groceries in for you should you have a late flight for a small delivery charge. We can also hire out cots and highchairs if required. We can assist with airport transfers and can get discounted day trips and discounted golf rates so email us if you would any further information.

The apartment is situated to the left side of the port of Duquesa which means that it is less than a 5 min stroll to all the bars and restaurants. The port offers full marina services for boating enthusiasts as well as an idyllic place to eat and drink and soak up the sun. To the left of the Marina Duquesa complex is the charming town of Sabinillas, this is a 10 min stroll along the sea front to the variety of tapas bars, fantastic fish restaurants and local supermarkets. There is also a great playground to keep the children amused for a while! The surrounding area boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe making this a Mecca for golfing enthusiasts. There are plenty of places to explore with Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and Estepona being within a 45 minute drive. For the family day out there is Selwo park, a safari park for the family and also Bahia Park a great water park both within 40 mins and of course there is the multitude of beaches with watersport activities.

  • To secure the reservation a 25% deposit is required with the remaining balance due 21 days prior to arrival. In order to allow sufficient time to clean the apartment between bookings we ask that you arrive after 3pm and depart before 10.00am.
    During Peak season bookings are normally taken Saturday to Saturday but we will always try to do our best to accommodate you.

Golf : The area is a haven for golfing enthusiasts and we can now hire out golf clubs for those wishing to play. Some of the most common courses in the area are Dona Julia - recommend by friends...5 min drive from Duquesa 18 hole layout. It has 2 different layouts so is suitable for all types of players. The first 9 holes are more difficult, winding between lakes and rivers and the other 9 are more manageable. An undoubted challenge for professionals as well as high handicappers. La Duquesa Golf & Country Club.  2 min drive from Duquesa Designed by Robert Trent Jones there are very few courses in which nature and design are brought together so beautifully. Enjoy the Spanish climate whilst playing on this 18 hole course with its entertaining fairways. Finca Cortesin Golf Resort opened October 2006. Superb American style golf course in elevated position. A very long golf course - one of longest in Europe.

Acabamos de volver de una semana estupenda de vacaciones en Manilva! Eramos dos adultos y dos niñas de 13 y 11 años y estabamos encantados con este apartamento espacioso y moderno, equipado con todo lo que necesitas y con una vista espectacular! Disfrutamos mucho de la terraza con las dos tumbonas tan cómodas! Mi marido estaba encantado con el aire acondicionado y por supuesto con el internet & wi-fi. Las piscinas están bien, pero siempre lleno de gente (sobre todo ingleses!) peleándose por las tumbonas y reservándolas con sus toallas desde temprano por la mañana.... Nosotros preferimos el mar! La playa es de arena oscura, muy limpio y casi desierta! Debe ser porque el agua esta helada.....

We have just returned of a fabulous week of vacations in Manilva! We were two adults and two girls of 13 and 11 years and we were charmed with this roomy and modern apartment, equipped with all that you need and with a spectacular view! We enjoy much of the terrace with the two so comfortable beach chairs! My husband was charmed with the air conditioning and of course with internet & wi-fi. The pools are well, but always full with people (mainly Englishmen!) fighting for the beach chairs and reserving them with their towels from early in the morning.... We prefer the sea! The beach is of dark, very clean and almost deserted sand! It should be because the water is cold....
