Luxury 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment situated in the beautifully landscaped gardens of Duquesa Village, only 25 minutes drive from Puerto Banus / Gibraltar and 60 min from Malaga. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard with hot and cold air conditioning, marble floors throughout and secure private garage parking space. There is a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. Only 1.5 kilometers from the beaches and Duquesa marina where there are a variety of excellent bars, cafes and restaurants. Duquesa golf club is only 2 minutes away, with a further 12 courses including Valderrama and Sotogrande within 30 minutes drive.

The apartment is situated near the resort of Puerto de la Duqesa which is also known as the new Golden Mile. Due to the southerly location it boasts an all year round warm climate, ideal for golfers wanting to escape the cold and wet winters. Duquesa marina is only 1.5 kilometer away where there are a variety of cafes, bars and international restaurants. From the marina in one direction you can walk along the beach front to the Spanish town of Sabinillas, where you will find fantastic beach front restaurants, and more traditional tapas bars in the side streets. In the other direction you will find Castillo which is well renowned for its selection of fish restaurants. Further inland you have the white walled mountain towns of Andalucia such as Ronda, Benehavis and Casares. Gibralter is only 25 minutes which makes duty free shopping a must. Marbella and Puerto Banus are areound 30 minutes away where there is a cosmopolitan selection of shopping, eating and nightlife.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 on a separate cheque will also be required with the balance which will be returned to you uncashed on your return home unless there is any damage. The rates include all linen and towels and cleaning of apartment when vacated. For a small charge we can provide a welcome pack on arrival.
  • We are also happy to accept payment in Euros. For February through to end of June any late bookings made within 1 month of stay we will give a discount of 10%.
  • For late bookings for February through to the end of June made within 4 weeks of your stay we will give a discount of 10% off our usual prices.

Golf: The Costa del Sol has not been called the Costa del Golf without good reason. It is simply a golfers paradise. There are now more than 60 courses situated along the Costa del Sol, four of which are ranked in the top 10 in Europe, add to that a fantastic all year round climate and you are in golfing heaven!!. Our apartment is alongside the La Duquesa course and is only a 3 minute drive to the clubhouse. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones. La Duquesa is one of Costa del Sol's most varied courses and is renowned for its spectacular landscape with views of the mountains and Mediterranean.

Inland Andalucia: The inland towns of Andalucia (particularly Casares, Gaucin and Ronda) are well worth a visit if only for the scenic drive alone (car hire is a must unless you are feeling particularly energetic and hire mountain bikes). The mountain air can feel a bit fresher and cooler than the coast. There are also a number of walks in and around these towns for the fit and not so fit among you. The feel of these white hilltop towns and villages is quite different from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns.

I have holidayed here a few times now. The apartment is superb with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It has an excellent standard of cleanliness and feels like home from home but without the rain!! The balcony overlooks the pool which is not crowded and lovely to laze by or swim in.It is a short distance from loads of lovely restaurants and walks along the beachfront. I can't recommend it highly enough except to say I'm going back in August!!
