This beautifully renovated house is in the small town of Villa Nueva de Algaidas near Antequera. As we live in a cortijo only 5 minutes away we are always available to assist you and help with any matters that may arise. The house boasts 3 beautiful double bedrooms. The master bedroom leads onto a large first floor veranda with beautiful views over the countryside and village. In addition to sleeping 6 adults there is ample room for a cot which can be supplied if required. A modern bathroom with all facilities. An on-suite shower room in the master bedroom. Well equipped, kitchen with dining area, washing machine and fridge. Living /Television room with comfortable sofas. DVD player. Music centre. Small library. The house is situated in the village of Villa Nueva de Algaidas which is located in the rolling hills and olive groves of Andalucia. Approximately 20 minutes away is the nearest large town of Antequera, with its shops and 14 churches and is approximately one hours drive from Malaga or Granada Airports. Villa Nueva De Algaidas is a typically Spanish village where the locals are very friendly and welcoming. Virtually all shopping needs are serviced in the village and there are also a number of Tapas and other bars and restaurants. A local market is held every Friday.   • To secure a booking we require a deposit of 25% of the total holiday rental. The balance is then payable ten weeks before your rental date. If you make your booking less than ten weeks before the booking date, full payment is required at the time of booking. We require the payment of a security deposit of £100 to cover breakages or other damage that may occur whilst you are at the property. Car hire is highly recommended but for those preferring not to hire a car, please check with us about the availability of transfers to/from airport (four people or less), child car seats must be provided by and are the responsibility of the client.

Ski information: The magnificent Sierra Nevada Ski resort is only 1 1/2 hours drive away and it is therefore possible to achieve a full days skiing and return to the house in one day. The resort has all the expected ski facilities including equipment hire. Being the most southerly and highest ski resort in Europe it offers skiing from December through March in a normal year. The slopes are above tree line and consist of all levels from nursery slopes to black runs. Ski lessons are available and can be booked on-line or at the resort (subject to availability).

Golf: The beautiful Antequera golf course is set in the Gandia Mountains, which are 650 meters above sea level, surrounded by the spectacular natural park of El Torcal and overlooking the historic City of Antequera. It is an 18 hole course of over 6,000 meters length. Special offers are available to guests in Casa Ameila, please enquire for those available at the time of your holiday. Lessons are available and prices vary according to the package booked, please ask for details.

we had a nice time in this property.
lots of space and a nice welcoming by mike and tracy.
the swimming pool was clean.
There is a lot of privacy and suitable for children.
