Our house in El Casar has the look of a typical Spanish white-washed townhouse set in quiet hilly streets. Located in the middle of the urbanisation of El Casar it is built on 3 floors in a luxurious contemporary style with all modern facilities and with access by elevator or stairs to the 3 outdoor pools and landscaped gardens. The clubhouse just by the entrance features an indoor gymnasium, sauna and heated pool. At night a security guard is on duty. This (hot/cold) air conditioned 2 bedroom/2 bathroom* townhouse is tastefully furnished and fitted with fine marble, terracotta and handmade ceramics. The house sleeps 4 people and is ideal for a larger family, two families traveling together or a group of friends. *There is an additional study/bedroom on the ground floor that is equipped with 2 beds and a full bathroom that enables a total of 6 guests. Wonderfully situated in Benahavis and only a 10 minute drive to the beach of San Pedro.

It is built on a hillside surrounded by mountains with spectacular views of the Guadalmina valley and gorge. Benahavis village centre is a few minutes walk. Major supermarkets, beaches and golf-courses are just 10 minutes away by car. The surrounding countryside is home to some of Spain´s very best golf courses, including Los Arqueros, La Quinta, Monte Mayor, Los Flamingos and Marbella Club Resort.

Excellent accomadation

We've just returned from this fantastic property and cannot stress enough how much we enjoed our stay. The property is clean, well maintained and fully equipped - we were even provided with beach towels. A welcome pack, including some very welcomed cold beers, was waiting for us as well as the owners who gave us a detailed tour and left us with a very comprehensive guide to the area. The beds are fantastically comfy and the bathrooms are immaculate. My only complaint is the sofas were too comfy and encouraged us to be lazy.........The village is very clean and well maintained as are the three outdoor pools we visited. there is also an indoor pool and a gym but we didn't get round to visiting them. The whole area is very nice with losts of palces to visit - there is a lovely children's play area down outside the village next to the recently created park area, there is also the natural pool which is very popular with the locals and is great for a very refreshing dip but can be tricky to get out of. The opening of the road linking the main road to Benahavis to the main road to Ronda is a great tiem saver, especially with the on-going road works. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and some interesting little shops in Benahais town. There are some good walks in the area both locally and within 40 minute drive. if you walk past the new park and along to the small waterfall you can watch bats flitting over the river at dusk.
I would like to say a big thanks to Maurice and Reina for their help and that we really loved our stay.

Beautiful Holiday Home.

We stayed as two families in this Beautiful House, and found it very spacious with everything you could possibly need. Having two en-suites was especially nice.
A nice touch when we arrived was a welcome basket with goodies and also sweets for the children which they thoroughly enjoyed! The swimming pools were fantastic, the children and also us mums and dads loved them.
The village is pretty and clean and has so many restaurants you will be spoilt for choice! also plenty of bars to sit outside and have a leisurely drink and watch the world go by. We will Definately be coming back in 2008!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Lovely townhouse in a beautiful setting. Benahavis is close to everything but just far enough away to be wonderfully peaceful. The house had everything including a welcome basket and we took advantage of the owners huge dvd library to watch a film or two. The only problem is we both put on weight while we were there because although the house has a lovely fully equiped kitchen Benahavis has some fabulous restaurants and that suited our holiday lazy mode just fine! We will definitely be back.
