With large communal pool, children's pool, large terraces, sunbeds, changing facilities and a private patio (180m2), with its own barbecue and dinning area. Golf club,supermarket and shops are within walking distance(500m-800m) with many more just a short drive away. Puerto Banus and Marbella are both short driving distances. THE PROPERTY IS PERFECT FOR ONE OR TWO FAMILIES, ESPECIALLY WITH SMALL CHILDREN MAX 14 PERSONS AND A BABY GROUPS OF ONLY ADULTS MAX. 10 PERSONS

Benalmadena is located in Andalucia on Spain's Costa del Sol. You'll find it just 8 kilometres west of Malaga's international airport. Great beaches, major tourist attractions and enviable climate, all help to explain why Benalmadena is fast becoming one of Spain's premier holiday destination. The Costa is the main tourist area with its nine kilometres of golden sandy beaches and beautiful marina which is one of the most 'happening' places on the Spanish coastline. The marina was voted the best in the world by International Property Magazine in 1995 and these days it's snapping at the heels of swanky Puerto Banus when it comes to the smartest and liveliest places to see and be seen.

What a beautiful setting for the villa, 2 fantastic big swimming pools which were never busy, and always spotlessly clean. A life gaurd on duty was always a welcome sight when swimming with children. The apartment was huge with great outdoor areas for the evening meals and relaxing. It was very clean and tidy and exactly as described in the listing. The property was very secure and no chance of children getting outside of the grounds. Communication and service recieved from the owner was excellent. A little way out from the local amenities but not too far to walk to the nearest supermarket (about 20 mins), but recommend using the home delivery or a taxi to get the shopping home as it was very hilly and hot. Taxis were cheap and for around 10 euros can get to the main beach at Benalmedena, which was huge. Would definately recommend and visit the apartment again as a very enjoyable holiday was had for all in our party.
