Luxury house, newly decorated for 2009, superbly furnished, close to the Robert Trent Jones designed Duquesa Golf Course, Costa del Sol. The property is close to beach and marina, only a 3 minute drive or easy walking distance via a footbridge to the shops, bars and restaurants of the blue flag beaches and beautiful port of Duquesa. The house along with only 12 others shares the main secure garden and pool. The lounge/diner is complete with Sky TV, video/DVD and the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher etc. Through the patio doors the swimming pool is situated just 10 yards from the bottom of your own patio garden. On the first floor is 1 en-suite bedroom with TV, 2 further bedrooms and a shower room. On the second floor is a very large roof terrace complete with barbecue and garden furniture. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided along with gas and electricity. A midweek change of linen is included for stays of 2 weeks or more.

The house is situated close to La Duquesa Golf Course which has a country club, bar and restaurant. Within a 30 minute drive there are at least 35 golf courses so you are always spoilt for choice. A couple of minutes away is Marina Duquesa with its blue flag sandy beaches and in the port you will find numerous restaurants including Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian plus French, carvery and many tapas and drinking bars which offer plenty of live entertainment. Next door to the marina is the town of Sabinillas for a real taste of Spain with its many "chiringuitos", bars and restaurants. On Sunday mornings it has a large open-air market. Only a 20 minute drive away go dolphin watching or duty free shopping in Gibraltar or why not visit the world famous Puerto Banus, 25 minutes by car, and taste the jet setting high life. A drive into the close by mountains brings you to the many picturesque white villages with breathtaking views over the Med.

Notes: We ask guests not to smoke in the house for the comfort of all our clients. However ashtrays are provided in the garden and on the roof terrace. There are chairs, table and sun lounger on the patio with further chairs, table and barbecue on the roof terrace. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a free-standing fan for the lounge area. The patio benefits from being in the sun from midday onwards. The large roof terrace is designed in such a way that you can have sun or shade at any time of the day. Internet cafes are available close by both in the marina and Sabinillas. Even if you don't fancy the short drive or walk to the marina there are plenty of taxis at reasonable prices. Also available in the nearby marina are RYA Day Skipper and Yachmaster courses and MCA coded boats for Charter from Puerto De La Duquesa. (Further details on request).

Golf: There are many courses other than the one the house is close to and various discounts are given by most clubs depending on the time of year. Further information will be available on request. There are also many green fee discounts on the internet. Green fees range from 40 odd euros at Duquesa and nearby courses up to 275 euros at Valderamma. The house has 1 double and 4 single beds.
