Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just few minutes walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina. All the amenities are just minutes walk away - shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, and tourist attractions. Golf courses are within easy reach and the villa is suitable for all age groups. The rooms in the villa are large, bright and spacious. We have a pool, which is solar heated, a jacuzzi, table tennis, and sunny patio areas. There is also a pool table and satellite TV. Tourist attractions are within easy reach - boating, aqua parks, Tivoli Amusement Park, Cable car, Sea Life Centre, Selwo Marina, and loads more attractions. Good family fun!

Local Attractions: Within a very close distance are the wide range of golf clubs on the Costa. Entertainment for the family ranges from historic sites such as Granada and Ronda or the local Aquapark, Marine Centre and Tivoli World Amusement Park. At the Marina there are dolphin trips and a Sea Life Centre. There is also a Marine Centre and a Crocodile Park - more information is on our website, ask for details. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance. The beach is large and sandy.

Golf Holidays: There are 35 golf courses within an hours drive of the villa. The local Championship courses at Torrequebrada and Parador Malaga del Golf are ten minutes by car. We can arrange daily transport if required.

Ski Holidays: Sierra Nevada is just 2 hours away. At our villa you can have a sunny BBQ outside in winter one day and ski the next! The ski slopes of Sierra Nevada are 2,000 metres higher and hosted the 1999 World Championships offering 6 green, 24 blue, 26 red and 4 black slopes. It has artificial snow when necessary and its lifts can carry over 31,000 people an hour. It goes from 2,100 to 3,300 metres in altitude and is the most southerly skiing in Europe. It has excellent road access and huge underground car park.

Many thanks for your professional assistance, this is the first time we have booked a private villa and I'm impressed at the way everything has been arranged with no fuss or hassle.

I would also like to thank you very much for a beautiful holiday which we all enjoyed having spending two weeks in the villa from 24 July. Everything was perfect, location excellent, villa was lovely and we cannot speak highly enough of your cleaning staff. Thank you once again, we will certainly recommend you to everyone we know. We hope to go back next year.

Had a fab time thanks, lovely villa we all really enjoyed ourselves and felt very comfy.

We had a lovely holiday, mainly because of your villa...it delivered everything you said it would.

Villa Vita Nova Benalmadena

The description of the villa is very accurate and a gem of a find. It was absolutely spotless and spacious and everything you needed with full kitchen etc

Very very central with access to public transport (buses)mins walk away but the villa is never victim to any traffic noise at all so quiet and peaceful.
Always someone on hand should you need them only a fone call away and so prompt!

The villa is on the doorstep of 24 hour Square but without being disturbed by anyone its fantastic...All the restaurants and bars are on hand no matter which direction you turn..Found a lovely english couple Dave and June who own and run Charlies Bar they could not do enough for us and Junes cooking is fantastic and all homemade and cheap prices. Lovely beers! (Thats to the left which is another square 2 blocks down)

Buses take you into either Torromolinas direction of Fuengirola direction(bus 120 takes you to Fuengirola where the market is really huge and one of the best i have seen) Transport is very cheap!
The sea and marina is a lovely 10 min walk away!

Overall it was the most enjoyable holiday and would definately use the villa again! You will be gobsmacked by it i promise you!

Our stay at the Villa was amazing.Within an hour of being in the villa it felt like home from home.It was gorgeous and welcoming. It was absolutely spotless and spacious with many places to retire to without being on top of each other.Everything you would need was there.The kitchen was very well equipped and there was lots of seating areas.My teenage daughter and her 2 friends loved it and didn't want to leave and did comment that the location was perfect which it was.My 11yr old son loved it too,especially the pool and pool table.It was near many shops,bars,restaurants,the sea and much more,including the beautiful Marina with it's yachts and many shops.The owner was very friendly and helpful from the beginning and so too were the staff who we met when we arrived early as they were cleaning the villa ready for us.All very nice people.I loved the villa and location so much that wanted to book it again in January when I am there with friends but it was already booked..drat.I will be definitley be booking this villa again and only wish had booked it before as I visit that area a few times a year with family and friends.I highly recommend Villa Vita Nova and will be doing so to family and friends as it was gorgeous and as it was in a quiet corner spot the choice of wether you want a quiet holiday or a busy holiday with activities,bars etc is entirley up to you.Whatever you choose you will enjoy the villa and it's surrounding area.I loved it and the thought of not returning home and putting up camp there did cross my mind..lol..Many thanks Jenny for your friendly help and that of your team.Can't say enough about the entire stay apart from fabulous..Will be in touch to book again in the New Year...Best wishes.... This villa has a great location within minutes of the beach and marina yet is really secluded and quiet. It was very very hot and just great to tip into the pool to cool off. there was eight of us and even though we did things together there was enough space for us to do our own thing.
the lounge and the bedrooms were really nicely decorated and very relaxing.
we found some excellent restaurants on the marina especially El Mero and the pizzeria next to it.

Fantastic! Can't say more. We had the best holiday we have ever had and we have been having villa holidays in Spain for years! This villa is great, wonderful location, easy booking process. It was lovely and clean. The snooker kept the kids amused for hours while we kept cool in the house (air-con really helped!). When we did want the sun, there were plenty of sun-beds provided for us to relax on. I would recommend it to anyone!
