Re modelled by architects in 2004 this luxury private villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms at hall level, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with high beamed ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with granite worktops and double doors leading to the large outdoor terrace/dining area(35m2) with seating for 8, a retractable awning and magnificent sea views, 500 metres away. Downstairs there is a large(65m2) separate 1 bed apartment consisting of a living room with fitted kitchen area and TV, large bedroom with en suite bathroom and sitting area. There is separate front door and double doors leading from the living room and bedroom to the private pool area. The 25m2 pool has roman steps and is maintained twice a week. It is surrounded by large paved areas with sun loungers, a pagoda with built in BBQ, outdoor bar with fridge and ample dining areas. Enjoy relaxing in the private gardens and pool area. Grocery shop, bars and restaurants 3 minutes walk. The beach is less 4 mins walk.

Located on the coast, beside the N340, 5 kms past Fuengirola and 25 kms before Marbella. The villa is in a mature urbanisation of individual villas, with 4 restaurants/bars and 2 shops within 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk is Club La Costa, the neighbouring urbanisation with more bars, restaurants, entertainment, kids play area and horse riding. The beach is 4 minutes walk and does not get crowded. There is a bar/restaurant on the beach. Fuengirola is 5 minutes drive with plenty of shops, an aquapark, zoo, restaurants, bars and clubs for socialising. Marbella and Puerto Banus are also within driving distance and have plenty more to offer in the line of shopping and socialising. There are superb golf courses at Mijas, La Cala and Miraflores. Winter skiing in Sierra Nevada is a 3 hour drive. Beautiful historical cities such as Granada, Ronda, Seville and Cordoba are all within driving distance and make for great day trips, as do Gibraltor and a trip to North Africa.

Notes: All of the bedrooms are light and airy with window shutters which can be closed leaving the rooms cool for those long hot sunny days when siestas are a must. The living room in the downstairs apartment can be used as a 5th bedroom with a double sofa bed. The villa is finished to a high standard with tiled floors through out lending a cooling atmosphere. There are 2 fully fitted kitchens, both with fridge/freezers, oven, hobs, dishwashers, cutlery, crockery etc. There are 2 TVs, 2 safes and an alarm system. The downstairs apartment is designed as a separate apartment for groups wanting privacy and/or for servicing the pool area for cooking, eating, sitting on sofas out of the heat or watching TV etc. while still interacting with the pool area easily. There is also a bathroom for ease of access from the pool area. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a pump for excellent water pressure in the showers. The pool has an outdoor shower and a water slide for children.

Plenty of fun activities for children of all ages from 2 to 102! Within 15 minutes drive you have Casino's, Tivoli World fun park, the beautiful Spanish village of Mijas Pueblo and many more places to go. Marbella town and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes drive with many boutiques, restaurants and night life. There are plenty of markets up and down the coast and an enjoyable morning can be spent browsing through for bargains!

Golf: There are 33 golf courses on the Costa del Sol, many of which are within 30 minutes drive. La Cala Golf, Mijas Golf and Miraflores are very close by.

Thank you for the rental of your villa - it was absolutely fantastic - the facilities were excellent - the location was wonderful and all the family had a great holiday. The couple who met us were very helpful and very friendly.
We are not sure what we are doing for our holidays next year as thats four years we've been holidaying on the Costa del sol, but should we be returning I may be contacting you again. Jill Begg.
