Golf facilities:
The house is bordering the 18 hole Miraflores Golf course. The beautiful club house with a restaurant and terrace overlooking the golf course can be seen from the back terrace. It is the starting point for all kind of arrangements. Next to the club house you find the Golf Academy.

The area offers a wide variety of other courses.
A MINI GOLF in the family room provides opportunities to improve your putting swing or set up a competition with friends or relatives.
Shopping and Restaurants:
Marbella fulfils every shoppers dream. It also offers many nice restaurants along the beach, the marina (Puerta Banus) with its mega yachts and the old town’s market place. Along the coast you find excellent seafood and other restaurants, as well as one of the most beautiful boulevards.
Mijas, an old picturesque village, offering beautiful views over the coast line, many souvenir shops, and restaurants, can be reached within a few minutes. Mijas Costa beach is located in walking distance and offers swimming and snorkeling opportunities as well as some very nice restaurants and bars located on the beach.
Max Beach, located in walking distance bordering the beach, is one of the finest along the coast between Malaga and Marbella. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be easily reached.
Entertainment and Culture:
The community swimming pools, and especially the heated one, offer year round swimming opportunities. Freely accessible beaches are within walking distance or a short drive away.
Malaga, Antequera, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada are famous for their medieval churches, palaces and many museums with rich art collections. You find them within half an hour to two hours driving. Day trips to Gibraltar and Africa are possible.
In winter skiing is possible in the Sierra Nevada. In a little more than 2 hours you reach its 75 kilometres of pistes. Equipment can be rented in the ski village.

This villa borders the 18 hole well known Miraflores Golf course. It offers 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living/dining room with fireplace, a family room with bathroom, a large back terrace with spectacular golf view and a large front terrace with sea view.
The small residential park in which it is built has 2 pools, one of which heated, for year round swimming. The family room has a mini golf for improving your swing.
