Enjoy this enchanting location amidst 360 Hectares of beauty close to the coast.

Entered through antique door and sunny flower filled courtyard to the rear, Casa Mireya follows the traditional style pueblo house laid out over three floors. The property is furnished with antique and contemporary pieces to a very high standard and offers plenty of space. The courtyard, outside dining and BBQ at the rear are located next to the kitchen, there is also separate dining room next to the salon with satellite TV and entertainment system, all the rooms open through French doors to a terrace at the front with incredible views. During the summer the sun sets behind the mountains in the distance around 10.30 PM, this is a fantastic place to sit out in the evening with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. The bedrooms are located, 3 opening onto the garden and master on the top level, all beds are super king size with quality mattresses and linen. The private walled garden with a view is a great sun trap and also provides a space for small children to play.

It is possible to walk from the property into the woods behind and to enjoy the wild beauty and tranquility, however tradition, glitz, culture, fantastic shopping in Marbella and Puerto Banus, Pueblo Blancos the white villages of Andalusia, sporting activities, golf,spa, beach clubs, water sports and safari park are all found close by.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A Deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
    The remaining balance including breakage deposit at 300 pounds is to be paid 5 weeks before commencement date of holiday. For bookings made within 5 weeks of commencement of holiday, full payment is required.
    Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or PAYPAL.


    The refundable breakages deposit of 300 pounds will be processed, assuming no problems, within 10 days of the end of the holiday. Changeover day is Saturday. Check-out is by 10am. Check-in after 4pm ( Flexibility by arrangement).
  • Rental rate includes all linen and towels with extra maid service available by request.
  • Check in time is 4 and check out is by 10 to allow a 6 hour clean between lets, depending on arrivals there can be some flexibility on this.

Thankfully we opted for the uniqueness of your home and had a thoroughly fantastic holiday, we were happy to have opted not to stay on the coast, now we know it is very different but not that far away. La Heredia is as you said so interesting and pretty to walk around and the light is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden with a VIEW and would love to return. Thankyou for all your help in assisting with last minute flights.

La Heredia Monte Mayor and Casa Mireya are a hidden gem !! The house, quality, views and location were beautiful and very special, we can recommend your house to anybody, we know that the quality is not normally found in rental homes at this price and appreciated the details and comfort.
