Casa Flores is a pretty town house situated in a quiet safe residential area. It is 10 minutes walk from the beach and Benalmadena's famous Marina. It is well maintained with double-glazing throughout and two Bathrooms. It is comfortably furnished in a modern style. The Living room is spacious with seating for six and a dining area. It has Cable TV, DVD player, stereo and a CD/ radio. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dual purpose microwave oven, hob unit etc. There is also a utility room, which can be used to store golf equipment etc. safely. There are two private terraces back and front of the property with patio furniture. The property also has access to the safe communal garden in the centre of the properties and the shared swimming pool is just next door (open May to October). Children are welcomed as this is a family orientated complex. There is a secure underground car park with a private parking space for Casa Flores.

Casa Flores is situated on a small complex about 10 minutes walk to the sea and the fabulous Carihuela beach. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants close to the house although the location is quiet. Carihuela beach is very pretty and has all the usual beach activities, and many excellent bars and restaurants. Along the newly renovated promenade you can walk to Torremolinos in one direction and Benalmadena in the other - both have a wide variety of entertainment for all ages. Fuengirola, Malaga, Marbella, Puerta Banus and Gibraltar can all be easily reached by bus, train or car. Inland there is the white wall village of Mijas with its quaint streets and museums - a must for anyone wanting to see 'old Spain'. Many sports or entertainment are within easy reach in particular Golf - the area is home to a large number of excellent courses. The whole area can be as relaxing or as hectic as you choose - it has all the ingredients for a excellent holiday.

    We like to keep our property in excellent condition and we keep on top of all maintenance jobs. To help keep the standard we charge a refundable breakages deposit of £100 which is returned as soon as we receive information from our agents that nothing has been damaged, which is usually within a day or two of your visit. Usually all our guests respect our property because it is such a neat and tidy house and well maintained!
  • We are happy to have short weekend or mid week lets for those who want to get away for a break. Many airlines such as Easyjet and Monarch have cheap mid week flights almost all year round. Please enquire for prices.

  • We have a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs which makes it convenient if you have up to six people in your party. The bathrooms have good quality fittings and good water pressure which is a bit of a luxury in Spain. Each shower cubicle is full size and there is plenty of space to hang towels. The bathrooms are tiled throughout and kept spotless by our cleaners.

  • 1 double, 2 twins, 1 cot. Each bedroom has spacious built in wardrobes and plenty of draw space. Most guests comment on how comfortable the beds are the good quality linen. Each bedroom has plenty of room for two people and the master bedroom has enough room to have the cot erected without it being in the way. We are certain you will get a good nights sleep at Casa Flores!

Notes: The property is up a hill, which may make it unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties, unless they have a car. There is also a small flight of steps from the path to the front door. But for people in general a car is not essential. Children are welcome but they must be supervised at all times, particularly in the swimming pool. The property is private and safe, and the communal gardens make an ideal place for children to play. The property is not on a holiday complex, which makes it a more relaxing place to holiday. Linen and towels are provided but beach towels are not. A welcome pack is provided made up of a few essentials handy if you arrive late. For those leaving late, accommodation can be made to store luggage until it is time to leave and if the property is vacant the next day you may stay until you have to go to the airport. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace or the rear garden. Maid service is once a week unless requested more often. Friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location. Lovely villa, very happy with the location. Great house, lovely, fresh, smelling sheets!
Good location - easy to get to anywhere. Will recommend to my friends. A great find!
On regrets we did not book for two weeks - we will next year.

Fab house and location

We have just arrived back from our week at this property. The location is excellent - up the hill from the beach and main Benalmadena road. Plenty of amenities nearby - 3 supermarkets and a good number of eateries (with a special mention for The Drop Inn). It's also just a 10 minute journey from the airport and the train station is not far away - goes to Fuengirola (we went to the zoo and it was 2 euros return so cheap) one way and Malaga the other way.

The property is lovely - a good size for the 5 adults and 1 baby we had in our party. It is well laid out and just as the description on here suggested. The only thing that could be improved upon would be air conditioning - Friday night we had overnight temperatures of 30+ degrees (hotter than it had been during the day) so it was stifling and very uncomfortable. There are roof fans in the two larger bedrooms and a plug in fan in the smaller bedroom but these just re-circulate the hot air so it's not much of a relief.

We were not sure how well cleaned the living room had been prior to our arrival - on first look it seemed clean enough but on closer inspection the rug in the living room had not been hoovered (a hoover is in the cupboard so it was easily cleaned) and there was broken glass just under the front edge of one of the sofas and also on the steps out front. Again this was easily dealt with but was a bit of a concern with an 11 month old running around.

The property is in a residential complex that has a shared pool - we mostly had the pool to ourselves but as holiday season was getting into full force in Spain the residents were also using the pool. They were very friendly and always said hello.

The owner and agents in Spain provided good customer service with queries being answered promptly. We would recommend this property to friends.

Overall a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and one that we would wish to repeat.

Perfect for a family holiday. The house was in excellent condition and in a quiet residential area as advertised. We had the pool to ourselves most days so it was more like a private pool than a shared communal pool! Having the supermarket on our doorstep was an added bonus! Would love to revisit some time in the future! 5********
