Lovely townhouse 200 meters to the beach close to all facilities

This is a lovely little townhouse in the centre of Benalmadena Costa. With two bedrooms it is a perfect choice for a family or two couples that want to be close to the famous beaches of Benalmadena. The house is on two floors. By the entrance you will find a kitchen fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, a dining table and the living room. There is a comfortable sofa and three armchairs to relax after a busy day of excursions in Andalucia or after spending the day on the beach. There is also a Tv and DVDplayer. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, in the main bedroom one doublebed and a balcony with a view over the pool and communal garden. In the other bedroom there are two single beds and a balcony.The two bedrooms share one fully equipped bathroom. The communal pool is at the moment being repaired and we can not guarantee that it will be finished for the summer. We welcome you to this fabulous centrally located townhouse! B.4203

Covering an area of almost 30 km2, Benalmadena is just 19 kilometres from Malaga Airport. It is always lively, but the busiest time of year is during the summer months when the temperatures can reach 35º In Benalmadena, the variety of types of restaurants is enormous and there are also plenty opportunities to try out the local dishes. One of the best places for nightlife is the Port (Puerto Marina). Close to the Port is a recently built small commercial centre. In Benalmadena there are plenty of things to see as well as enjoying entertaining family days out to places like the theme park, Tivoli World, the Jardin de Las Aguilas (Garden of Eagles), see the penguins and dolphins at Selwo Marina and Sea Life or take a ride in the Cable Car to see breathtaking views of the coast. The promenade covers several kilometres and there are many bars and restaurants all along the sea front, where you can enjoy a pleasant time looking out across the Mediterranean or watching the world go by.
