Beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse on a small community close to the beach, shops bars and restaurants. The house is fully air conditioned, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comes fully equipped for a great holiday. The house has a Plasma TV with full Sky package, Hi-Fi + ipod docking + a collection of 100 + Cds, Playstation 2 + games, DVD + Films. The Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and hob. Outside on the balcony there is a table and 6 chairs.

This Town House is in Calahonda which is just 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and just a few miles from Marbella and Puerto Banus. Calahonda is in a perfect location for a relaxing family holiday with a wide selection of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The nearest supermarket is just 3 minutes walk from the house. A car is not essential as there is an excellent bus service and a taxi rank just a few minutes walk from the house.The Costa Del Sol is well known for it's coast line which offers miles of sandy beaches the nearest being just a few minutes walk.Calahonda offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets.

Location: A regular reference from our clients is to the ideal location of the house which is minutes from the local beach, restaurants, bars, local bus service and taxi service. Calahonda is approximately mid way between Fuengirola and Marbella and an ideal starting point from which to visit the numerous sandy beaches and other places along the coastline such as Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibralter.

Local Beaches and Places to Visit: A wide selection of clean and sandy beaches can be found along the miles of coastline. The lovely port at Cabopina is 3 - 5 minutes drive, Elviria 5 - 7 minutes drive and Marbella 10 mins drive and Peurto Banus 20 minutes drive. Why not sample some of the real Spain by visiting the local village of La Cala and Mijas Village one of the prettiest villages in the location. Other attractions are the water parks at Fuengirola and Torremolinas, Theme Park (Tivoli World) and Sea Life Centre at Benalmadena, Aquapark at Torremolinas, Nature Park (Selwo) and Theme Park and Water Park at Estepona.If you want to sample a bit of England, why not visit Gibralter where you can see the Barbery Apes and take advantage of duty free shopping bargains. For an exciting and interesting night out why not go to the Horse Races at the Hipodromo at El Chaparral.

The accommodation: The house is furnished and maintained to a high standard and has everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The rental charges are fully inclusive of electricity, cleaning, bed linen and towels - beach towels are not included. Our customers have never been disappointed with the accommodation and are delighted to say that we have regular repeat bookings. The house is on a small friendly complex of 23 town houses which all share a well kept garden and large child friendly swimming pool.

We had a wonderful week. Your house is beautiful and we have enjoyed staying there very much. We really hope to to rent it again at some point in the future.

Excellent Property

The 1st time we have rented a property & from the off Andy was extremely helpful & ensured everything went smoothly. Directions to property were easy to follow. The house itself is excellent, very clean & well maintained with everything you might possibly need..truly a home from home. The pool area and gardens are lovely & we often had this area all to ourselves! The house is very centrally situated for local bars & restaurants( we liked La Plaza & Millikins) but also for exploring other parts of the Costa del Sol. We would love to return in the future and would certainly recommend it to friends & family.

Great House

We stayed at Andys house in Apr 09. The week was brilliant. The house is so clean and has every facility you could need. Our kids really enjoyed the playstation and sky sports and there are lots of cds and dvds if you need to pass an hour. Georges Bar is 100m away and provides excellent food and atmosphere. Security is very good and I cannot find a fault with this property.

Perfect house in perfect place.

A most enjoyable holiday, made partly by the excellent accommadation and the help and advice provided by it's owner.
The property is beautifully furnished, scrupulously clean, well equiped and well positioned for the very clean pool and other amenities.
We were particularly impressed by the owners helpfulness and concern that our holiday ran smoothly.
We shall certainly be recommending this property to friends and family.

Lovely Townhouse

Just returned from a week in this lovely Townhouse. It was so easy to book. It has everything you could possibly want for a real relaxing break. The pool was excellent and quiet the weather was great. Everything was so nearby that we felt we did not need a car. The taxis were very efficient and the buses great. There really is no need to go too far as there is plenty on the door step. Found some great restaurants and had some lovely meals. We would love to return - soon !!! recession permitting!!!
