This spacious 3 bedroom.2 bathroom town house has great views from the terraces across the mature gardens to the Mediterranean sea beyond. The accommodation comprises of a large lounge dining area opening on to a terrace and a fully equiped kitchen. There are 3 large bedrooms each with fitted built in wardrobe. 1 king size with terrace, and 1 twin on the first floor with small terrace and 1 twin on the ground floor. There are 2 fitted bathrooms one located on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The accommodation has TV with English channels, video, tape/CD collection of music, videos and board games. The house is set in award winning gardens and steps from the terrace lead down to a large pool.

Calahonda is ideally situated for exploring the Costa del Sol on the coast midway between Fuengirola and Marbella and just a 30 minute drive away from Malaga airport. The house is situated within walking distance of a variety shops, bars and restaurants in Calahonda. It is also close to the local marina Puerto Capobino that is also surrounded by great restaurants bars and a perfect beach. At the heart of Mijas the entire family can enjoy a holiday of their dreams beaches, marinas, shops, bars restaurants, adventure parks and historical sites. Other resorts are easily accessed and within a 30minute driving time including Benalmedina. Puerto Banus, and Mijas Pueblo. For the more adventurous Seville and Granada are a 2hr drive away and Gibraltar and Rhonda just over 1hr. If any client is interested in ski-ing /golf please contact me as I can help organise an itinerary which could involve snow ski-ing in Sierra Nevada ,golf on the coast and of course a day on the beach.Sounds FAB!

Additional information about rental rates

  • I have set the rental rate at a fixed price but this is negotiable depending on the number of guests and what part of the month you want to travel. The house sleeps six adults comfortably. All the rental rates are negotiable as the property has 3 large bedrooms and 2 newly refurbished bathrooms,The property has been re-decorated throughout for the 2009 season!
    There will be a deposit of £100.00 paid on the rental of the property. This will be returned after the final clean. All damages and breakages to be reported.
  • Please note that Christmas and New Year will be charged at £450.00 per week.
    All linen and towels are provided. There is no linen and towel change included in the price but this can be arranged locally and paid for directly in Euros. We also can provide cot, buggy and high chair hire.
  • Although the rates are quoted weekly for the villa I do offer a weekend rate of £25.00 per person per night.(minimum of 4 people)This is subject to availability.

Sightseeing: The house is centrally located and sightseeing is simple. It is within easy reach Malaga Granada Seville Gibraltar and the famous rock monkeys. Dolphin watch cruises are available from Gibraltar as well as the chance to explore many small villages such as Mijas, Caseras, Guachin and Benhavi or take a trip to Ronda or nearby Puetro Banus. For the active holiday maker every sport imaginable is available within a short distance, even snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada – an easy 2 hour drive from the house. We are in the heart of the Costa de golf with more than 30 courses within easy reach. We can give clients as much help as they require to sort out activities and they are bookable locally.

Family fun and adventure: Family fun visit the aqua park Fuengirola, Tivoli Amusement park, Benalmadina Marine adventure, Selwo Wildlife Safari park and many more.
