Newly constructed 2005, 3 storey luxury house at Casares playa. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, spacious beautifully furnished lounge/dining area and downstairs WC. Doors from the dining area lead to the sun terrace, and an enclosed garden area complete with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and BBQ. There are two pools and tropical communal gardens just outside. Marble floors throughout, we also have hot /cool air-conditioning. The first floor has 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom and shower , on the top floor we have a master double suite and ensuite bathroom, and shower. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and are tastefully furnished. There is a drive for cars. A short 5/10min walk takes you to the lovely Casares beach and bar, a 5 min drive to the nearby village of Sabanillas for beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, or to the pretty port of La Duquesa lined with bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, 25min drive to Marbella

The house is 50 mins from Malaga airport, 30 mins from Gibralta airport, set back 5 mins off the N340 main coast road through Costa West, on a small development of brightly coloured town houses in Casares playa between Estepona and Manilva, 400 metres from the beach, 25 mins drive from Marbella. The white washed old spanish town of Casares (most photographed village in Costa Del Sol) is 10 mins drive inland. The house is ideally situated for exploration of the area. Notes: The lounge has a working log fire place for that cosy feeling in the winter months. The bathrooms have the added luxury of under floor heating. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer and straighteners provided. We have a range of toys, games, tennis equipment, (there is a club nearby), DVDs and Cd's. There is also some local information (places to visit etc) in the house. The accommodation is suitable for the active elderly. Free air conditioning!

Golf lovers: We are ideally situated for many fabulous golf courses, just take your pick. Just a few to mention are Estepona, Duquesa, Alcaidesa (the only links course on the Costa del sol) San Roque, Valderama, El Paraiso, Marbella country club, La carla... and many more. These can be pre-booked, email owner for or see info in house. See a full list at the golf shop under the famous Marbella arch.

Family: There are many family orientated places to visit including water parks, Selwo wildlife park, sea life centres, water sports, many beaches, horse riding , bike riding, tennis club, night life and restaurants galore. We are ideally located for exploring the coast, and a few recommended trips - visit the historic town of Ronda or the white washed old town of Casares, Gibralter for its duty free shopping and the Barberry Apes, both only 20 mins drive away. Tarifa for surfing, La Duqesa for a lazy lunch around the marina and the beach there, or of course plenty to do at Marbella and its beautiful old town, and its busy beach front, Puerto Banus for night life and the glitzy port and fabulous restaurants or just (designer) shop till you drop, Luis Vuitton will be pleased to see you! (remember siesta starts about 2pm-6ish).

Airport transfers/ car hire.: We can arrange airport transfers (4 people) at a reduced rate. We do recommend that you hire a car.
