Notes to the rental rates

• Easter and Christmas £500. A £150 per week non - refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. An additional £100 security payment is due on payment of the balance to cover the costs of damage etc. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure subject to satisfactory inspection of the property.
  
• Provisional bookings will be held for up to four days (excluding late bookings) to enable you to arrange compatible flights.
