Patio doors open to a private sun terrace and garden overlooking the beautiful communal gardens & pool area. Stairs to the first floor lead to two twin bedrooms & bathroom (including bath). On the top floor is the master bedroom & 2nd bathroom. The property is furnished to an exceptionally high standard including leather sofas, fitted wardrobes & storage in all bedrooms, hot/ cool air con, Sky TV, DVD, CD, radio & marble floors throughout. Situated only 3min from Duquesa, reputed to be the new Puerto Banus and 10min from the trendy port of Estepona. The area includes swimming pool, bars, restaurants & supermarket & is only 300m from the beach.

Situated 45 mins (90 km) from Malaga airport and 20 mins (45 km) from Gibraltar airport, its easily accessible off the N340/ A7 main through road by car, taxi or bus. Duquesa is only 4 km away renowned for its natural scenery, authentic local character and its spectacular marina. Estepona is 12 km with its fabulous bars & restaurants and Marbella 20 mins (25 km), home of the rich and famous. Carares village, the birthplace of the father of Andalusia is 20 mins (20 km) in land. Its quaint little streets and picturesque white washed houses make it a popular attraction. Been a regular visitor to the area for many years, I can provide excellent recommendations for restaurants, other areas of interest and directions if required prior to your holiday.

Notes to the rental rates

Easter and Christmas £500. A £150 per week non - refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. An additional £100 security payment is due on payment of the balance to cover the costs of damage etc. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure subject to satisfactory inspection of the property.

| Notes: | The town house is available to rent on a weekly or short break, minimum stay 2 nights. The single bedroom has a full size pull out bed suitable for an adult or child. A travel cot and push chair are all provided for families with younger children. There is also a range of books/ magazines, DVD's, board games, bats, balls, buckets & spades etc available for your use. Smokers are welcome, however, we request consideration be shown for other guests and ask them to refrain from smoking in the house. They are free to smoke on the sun terrace. We are also able to cater for large parties who require more than one house on the development. Parties including golf clubs and extended families/ groups can be catered for with access to up to 6 properties. Recent enhancements included the installation of British TV channels. |

Whatever you are looking for in a holiday its here in Casares. Golfers can choose from over 60 courses in the area including Estepona, Valderrama, host of the Ryder Cup and World Championship, Duquesa, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sotogrande, La Canada, San Roque, host to the qualifying schools and Alcaidesa, the only Links course in the area overlooking the Rock of Gibralter. A vast choice of eating and drinking options include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and ofcourse Spanish with its fresh local fish. When the sun sets the choice of nightlife ranges from the chilled out bars and restaurants of Duquesa, the lively discothèques of Estapona port or the glitz and glamour of Marbella and Puerto Banus with its designer shops and boutiques. For those of you who like to explore there's numerous places to visit including Gibralter, Casares village and Mijas. And for the families a range of water parks, wildlife centres, zoos, dolphin watching, water sports galore etc.

Local attractions include the Crocodile Park, Tivoli World, Aqualand, Sea Life, Parasailing, Karting Club & Camelot, ideal for the smaller ones. Full details can be provided. Alternatively just relax and chill around the pool or range of beaches in Casares, Duquesa & Estapona, many of which have earnt the European Blue Flag for Cleanliness. The choice is yours!

Just to let you know we all had a great time, the location was excellent, if a little quiet which was no bad thing, and the facilities superb. The layout of the house was very practical and roomy and the air conditioning made living very comfortable, most of the time it was set at around 20 to 23 degrees! The pool was excellent and well maintained. Mike and Alex were very helpful and provided good advice on the area. Robin Carter and family.
Tim, Thought we'd drop you a note just to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the villa. We would have no hesitation about recommending it to friends and family, and will definitely consider it for future holidays.
