Located 2 minutes from the beach of Casares, near the Spanish town of Sabanillas and the port of La Duquesa. Ideally situated with views of the ocean, nestled by blue flag beaches and away from the hustle and bustle you would normally expect from the Costa del Sol. The property is suitable for families, golfers or those looking for a base to explore, with both tiny Spanish mountain villages and the lively ports of Puerto Banus or Marbella close by.

The Finca Cortesin Golf Club - the new home of the Volvo Masters is just 2 minutes away. This privately owned town house is on a small peaceful development with its own garden and roof terrace. The development offers a large pool, children's pool and plunge pool and is sheltered by lush gardens at the bottom of a green valley.

Casares Beach is situated close to the Spanish Town of Sabanillas. Sabanillas is just a 20 minute walk along the beach. From the gently sloping blue flag beach to the traditional family run tapas bars you will find something here for everyone. It is near the livelier towns of Estepona and Puerto Duquesa and is set half way between Marbella and Gibraltar both of which are only 25 minutes away. It is a short drive from the picturesque mountain village of Casares and the rich Andalucian countryside and Finca Cortesin Golf Club, is just 2 minutes drive. Casares is serviced by 3l airports;

Malaga (50 min), Gibraltar (25 min), Jerez de la Frontera (2.5 hours). The area is ideally suited for family holidays and young and old alike can enjoy the many attractions the area has whether you want to sun bathe on the local beaches, swim in the ocean, golf until your golfed out, explore the white mountain villages or go further a field on a day trip to Morocco or the windsurfing capital Tariffa

Nice place, nice house, nice people...& quiet.
Car needed...If you want as me...improve your english....come in this place in you will meet a big english community...of course spanish community too !

my wonderful holiday

The town house that we stayed in was so much more than we thought it would be. It is a luxury town house, clean, spacious and very homely. The house amenities are more than adequate for a family of six. The area is very tranquil and beautiful. The children also really enjoyed the clean and well kept pool and surrounding area. The owners supplied a very handy and useful guide to all the interesting places that are a must visit with many little handy tips on what to see.
We will definitely be revisiting this beautiful house for many future holidays.
I would recommend this house to all my friends and family and anyone else who is reading this review.
Thank you to Kerry and Rene for all of your help and making our holiday more than wonderful.

Casares Villa

Just a quick note to say thank you for the use of your Holiday House. We had an amazing time.

The location is brilliant, not too busy and you still get a taste of Spain with it being in easy reach of La Duquesa (lovely), Estapona, Casares, Gaucin etc aswell as being in easy reach of Peurto Banus and Marbella.

The permanent residents were really nice and friendly. The kids loved playing in the pool with all the other resident's children and also being close to the beach.

We will most definately recommend your home to our friends.

ideally located

We had a really lovely time, we went in November and swam in the pool on the complex which is really nice.
Very well located (just 5 mins walk ) for the beach.
We hired a car, as there was so much to see around the whole area. Best of all was the house which was very well presented, clean, modern, comfortable, more like a lovely home than a rental property, and we really liked the rooftop terrace which was a great sun trap and very private.
We thought this was cracking value for money and would very much like to go back soon.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children

Summer 07 Holiday

We spent 2 weeks summer 07 at casares and had a fantastic holiday. The house being nearly brand new is immaculate and of a very high standard with beautiful furnishings. Lovely location, great pool for the family.Loads to see and do. You will need a car. Very highly recomended.Dave & Lisa, Northampton.
