Is a lovely one bedroom house in one of the most popular and nice streets of Frigiliana. Just in the hearth of the Moorish old part of the village. Is the right place where you can relax in the lovely sun terrace with great views, and in summer the opportunity to used the local communal swimming pool for FREE.

The Mudéjar quarter of the Village of Frigiliana contains popular Arabic architectural structures of the purest origin which exist in the Province of Málaga. It's the town most rewarded for it`s beauty in Axarquía. In 1961 and 1967, it received respectively the First and the Second Award of Embellishment of the Towns of the County; in 1982 it gained the best reward of all with the First National Prize of Improvement and Embellishment of Towns in Spain. Six years later it obtained the First Prize of Improvement and Embellishment of Andalusian Towns. At the moment, in the Old quarter of Frigiliana, we are in the process of forming a Historical Artistic Group which hopes to prove that the architectural structures framed in the steep, narrow and uneven streets and alleys are still in essentially the same framework that was present several centuries ago.

Notes: The apartment has a great selection of facilities, just enough for a great holiday. Have SATELITE TV, to keep in touch with your news and of course CD player with a great selection of music for relaxation. From the sun terrace you can see a little of the see and of course all the mountains around.Also have a SAFE BOX. By the situation of the apartment, is really impossible for disable people, which I am very sorry, but the apartment is right in the middle of one of many streets with lots of steps. And if come any small children, the parents must take lots of care. During summer time (mid June, July, August and mid September) I give to my visitors free bonus to use the public communal pool: Olympic size, with life guard; restaurant/pizzeria; sun area etc.

Ski: Also If you like to ski, Granada is only 1 hour drive, where Sierra Nevada give you all you wish.

Golf: Very near, you can find some Golf Courses, Añoreta, Baviera, Salobreña, Guadalhorce, etc.

Great place to stay

Arrived late to village but as we know the place it was easy to find, near the church and one of our favourite places to eat. Place clean, pretty and had everything we needed for a great stay. Met Manuel towards the end of the week - very helpful and friendly. Ideal for use as base for the village - plenty of walks nearby and chocie of places to eat (our favourites two are Bar Pepe and Mantezaluna). Sorry to leave and will be back providing place free.

A lovely cassa in a beautiful village

We have just returned from a great week in Frigiliana. The property was just as described by the owner Manuel. The views from the roof terrace are wonderfull. The village is so relaxing and Mnauels parents, Manuel and Carmen are just across the road if you have any problems, which we did not. We have been to Frigilana many times but this is the first time we have stayed right in the middle of the old part and it was great. I would recomend this property to anyone who wants a totally relaxing holiday.
