This luxurious, beautifully furnished 3 bedroomed end-townhouse is ideally situated. On a small secure complex built on the Duquesa Golf course overlooking the 4th green, it is only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Puerto de la Duquesa (15 minute walk) where there is a beautiful beaches & a wide selection of restaurants & bars. The property has 3 bedrooms & sleeps 6 (5 +1 child on fold-away bed) & 3 bathrooms (all with bath & shower). There is private parking, 3 terraces (one roof-top), lounge with dining area, TV & DVD/CD player, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher, air-conditioning throughout. The complex has 3 swimming pools which are surrounded by large grassed areas. Malaga Airport - 1 hours drive. Gibraltar Airport - 30 minutes.

There is a charming marina with both pleasure & fishing boats.The sandy beach at Duquesa is ideal for families. Duquesa Golf & Country Club is a championship 18 hole course ideal for professional & novice players. There are many golf courses to play in the area - for further details please ask us. Marbella & Puerto Banus are a 25min drive & are both popular resorts offering plenty of nightlife, great beaches & shopping. Sabinillas & Estepona are both within a 10 min drive & have great beaches & plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. The beautiful town of Rhonda is 1 hrs drive & offers traditional shops, breathtaking scenery, walks, history, museums & a bull ring. For hikers the area offers plenty of scenic walks in the Andalucian countryside & National Parks. Gibraltar is 20 mins drive & a tour of the Rock (with the famous Monkeys) is a must.
