Villa Montana Blanco is situated in the breathtaking landscape of the Andalusia hills with views to the picturesque village of Alcaucin and in the distance lake Vinuela. Ideal for the larger family or even 2 families as it can offer the privacy of 2 self contained units with 2 kitchens fitted to a high specification and 2 fully furnished lounges with 2 satellite TV systems, air conditioning and heating throughout. If you require the villa as one, the lower level lounge has a double sofa bed and this could be used as a sixth bedroom. Both floors have large covered terraces with a large table and chairs on the upper level so the whole villa can dine together, al fresco. Outside has electronic gates, extensive terracing, BBQ area, beautiful 8m x 5x pool, luxurious hot tub/spa, which is usable all year round, shower, umbrellas, tables, chairs and sunbeds for the sun worshippers. It is the ideal rural location for larger parties in search of luxury and relaxation.

The villa is situated in a rural area approximately 1 km from Alcaucin village and 2 km from Lake Vinuela. It is within easy reach of the shops and an abundance of restaurants and bars. 25 minutes away in the beach of Torre del Mar and the water park. 20 minutes for the indoor shopping mall with multi screen cinema, bowling alley and nightclub. Malaga airport is approximately 50 minutes away. The Golf course Baviera, which is 18 holes, is 20 minutes away at Velez Malaga plus several other courses in close proximity. Winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains is 90 minutes away. Other activities include walking, cycling, horse riding, swimming and relaxing.

  • Payment is accepted in sterling or euros.
  • Our prices are based on 12 people sharing. A 500 euro refundable deposit will charged during the mid and high seasons. And 300 euro during low season. This will be less if only part of the house is rented.
  • We encourage the villa to be marketed as one individual let, however subject to availability bookings can be taken for just either the upper or lower floors. There is a lockable linking door to ensure privacy. Prices for part rentals are available on request.

The villa is excellent we are going in July 09 for the second time. There are 9 adults and there is plenty of room for everyone a very enjoyable place, very rural and a car is needed. There are places to eat nearby however you need to drive to them as there are no buses and only one taxi in the area. The area is a very friendly place and there are quite a few Brits living nearby. If you want to experiance Andalucia at it's best then come and stay here. The villa is very well equiped on both floors, there are plenty of sun loungers and the pool is nice and large. For anyone who likes hiking this is a great location. The villa is very clean and well maintained, at night when it's dark there are lovely lights all around the property when lit it looks stunning. I would recommend this villa a great place to come to.
